Stayed here recently for 5 nights. Room was very nice, decorated to a high standard and kept very clean. Our room was on the top floor with a lovely view of the harbour and surrounding area.

Bad A/C? After reading reviews of the hotel, multiple people have complained about poor air conditioning. Can the windows be opened? I will be in Dusseldorf in June, and am curious if this was a problem in a couple of rooms or if it is a hotel wide issue. Thank you.

We were there in december also and room was rather cold then warm
