I was attending a Dave Matthews Band concert at the Mitsubishi Electric Halle and I picked this hotel as it was situated close to the train station but not far from the venue. I was driving and I parked on the outskirts of the city and caught the tram into the Central Station. It was then a very quick walk... More

I usually have a great stay at Ibis Dusseldorf City but this time, things did not go as they should. The free wifi is always reliable and more than fast enough for work even downloading biggish files. On this trip for reasons I cant figure out, the Wifi in my room was non-functional - it was there, but waits of... More

Better value than Ibis Hauptbahnhof, only 5 mins walk away. Exit from the back of the station. Staff excellent. Location quiet. Only downside is the size of the bathroom, typical of a number of Ibis' in Germany.

The hotel is only about 5 minutes easy walk from the Hauptbahnhof station. Take the exit labelled 'Bertha Von Suttner Platz'. Then immediately to the left and the street brings you to the hotel. The hotel is modern. Rooms reasonably spacious and spotlessly clean. The bed is very comfortable. The bathroom is small but very functional and clean. I had... More

This hotel was no frills but very efficient and affordable. Room was cozy and the bed was short but comfortable. The bathroom area was tight but had everything needed for a short stay. The common areas in the lobby were modern, clean and comfortable. The staff was not particularly warm or welcoming but this is an efficient budget hotel so... More

Perfectly located hotel. Close to public transportation and main Düsseldorf 's train station. The room was relatively small, but the toilet was almost impossible to fit in! Breakfast is inline with the rest of the Ibis hotel. If you are on a business trip this might be an option for you.

Stayed here at the back end of April, can't complain for the price I paid. £60 for 3 nights. Rooms are a decent size, bathroom was rather small but was okay, comfy beds. Didn't spend a great deal of time in the hotel itself but the food was nice from the bar. Hotel was around 5 minute taxi journey to... More
