This is a modern hotel which has more things going for it than it has against it. Location is good. 8 minute walk from the Railway Station (Hauptbanhof). 5 minute walk from Konigs Allee which is the main shopping centre. 15 minute walk takes you to the Old Town (Altstadt). The hotel gives you a free transport pass which you...

This hotel is within walking distance of the main railway station. It is clean, quiet and the staff all speak English. They will also give you a free travel pass, which you can use on trains, trams and the metro. Breakfast was plentiful and nicely done. My only criticism was the forgetful maid, who didn't top up our tea/coffee in...

The mitte for me is a excellent choice for anyone looking for a good location, and value for money. The room was spacious and in excellent decorative order, staff were very pleasant and breakfast had lots of choices. Only slight downside was no coffee/tea facilities in room but would definitely recommend to anyone.

The good: Clean room and bathroom. Friendly front desk staff. Decent breakfast buffet. Conveniently located with the city center within easy walking distance and a 24-hour parking garage a few doors down. The bad: The mattress wasn't very comfortable. The pillows were old and clumpy. No free Wifi. Even the comfort room was tiny. The ugly: Our room was permeated...

The room was spacious, clean and offered everything one would need. The bathroom too was super clean with a good shower. The front desk staff were very helpful and super efficient. The...

We stayed in this hotel twice, just before Christmas and then on the way back to England about 10 days later in January 2010. The receptionist was so efficient that not only did she remember us but she also found our reservation before we even walked through the door , as we were getting out of the taxi. I agree...

I spent new Year in Dusseldorf and stayed at the Mitte. The locatioon is excellent within walking distance of the main station and trams stop outside the door. The staff at reception were extremely helpful and friendly. A bonus was that the hotel gave vouchers for free public transport from which we had great value. Breakfast was very good and the rooms...

My partner and I stayed here for a long weekend, shortly before xmas. Cannot fault the hotel itself. Room was clean, reception staff helpful and breakfast was nice with plently of choice. The room did slightly smell of smoke but we hadn't specified a non-smoking room. Dusseldorf itself we found very expensive, but overall we enjoyed the weekend on the...

This hotel was really good, I got a good deal and booked it because of reccomendations on Trip Advisor and i was not disappointed. the room was clean and bright, we were on the second floor with a view out onto the busy main street but were not disturbed with noise. There was tea/coffee, shampoo & slippers in room. Breakfast...
