We stayed in a junior suite for one night after having read the hotel description as a luxurious property. This hotel would not get more than 4 stars in North America. Everything is worn out and needs renovation. The room smells weird and it is very badly decorated. The so called "spa" would make you think you're in a highway...

Thank you very much for staying with us. We regret, that you had not the time to enjoy the wide range of our outlets with its multifarious opportunities and that you left us with this unilateral perception. We hope that you have more time during your next stay, so that we can convince you from our first class service.

We choose Bulow Palais just because it's a Relais & Chateaux property. We had several excellent experience before with Relais & Chateaux and trust this will also be a nice one. Bulow Palais is in the quiet neighbourhood of Dresden which is not that crowded and full of tourists. About 5 minutes walk, there's a major shopping street with supermarkets,...

This is a lovely hotel just across the Elbe, in what appears to be a new part of the town. We took a taxi from the train station to the hotel (15€). We were warmly greeted by Arno (?spelling) and we were charmed to discover that he hailed from Hungary (we had just visited Budapest). Welcome drinks (wine and bubbly)...

I booked this by accident originally intending to stay at the sister hotel, Bulow Residenz. I find the Bulow Palais is listed in " Relais et Chateaux" and prepare myself for a huge bill. What a pleasant surprise. This hotel is very good value( in contrast to many other " Relais...). The hotel is recently built and is decorated luxuriously...

We were blown away by how ritzy this place was. The facilities were first rate and the staff was very attentive. The room was nice size and we had room to spare. A very classy place.A computer is located in the hall just outside the room and the meals were great.

The hotel is great. Furnishings are lavish and the rooms well proportioned and gorgeous Staff were fantastic, professional and friendly which counts when travelling alone. They helped me to package parcels to send excess luggage home and gave me good advice about tours and activities A 10- 15 minute walk to old town as its over the river from old...

We spent six nights in a deluxe double and can recommend it highly. The room was spacious and pleasingly decorated with large windows, plenty of seating, and good lighting. Service was impeccable and the location in the charming baroque quarter felt calm and residential but as also an easy walk to the historic center and just steps from several good...

We booked this hotel via Secret Escapes and were very pleasantly surprised upon arrival. The staff was very engaging and saw to our every need in a professional manner. We also had a short spa treatment which was excellent as well. I must say that dinner was by far our favorite-we had a four course menu that was superb!! The...

In Dresden on business and was referred to Bulow by colleague. This small boutique hotel is one of my favorite places to stay in Europe. While not the best location, it is not far from streetcar or train station to center of town. It is walkable, but not with luggage. Old, stately building is exquisite with large rooms and elegant...

We had booked the sister hotel, Bulow Residenz. My husband needed to work a few hours daily. After checking in and unpacking our belongings, we learned that the internet connection was down. We were moved to the Hotel Bulow Palais for no additional charge. While the Residenz is spacious and comfortable, the Palais is completely renovated with first rate facilities...
