Take the train from the airport to Dresden-Neustadt (about 12 mins) then take the No. 3 tram in the direction Coschutz to Synagogue stop. (about 6 mins. The tram stop is right outside the train station.). The ticket you get at the airport costs 2.20 and covers both the grain and the tram. The hotel is right opposite the Synagogue tram stop but you have to go down through an underpass to get to it.
