I stayed here for 1 night whilst traveling following my fav band around. It was easy to find by walking from the station and it was smack bang in the centre which was very convienant. The hotel itself had a great first impression with appearance and the lobby was wonderfully decorated and was 24 hours. Check in was smooth and... More

We stayed here for two nights in September. The design and amenities are minimalist. Staff, I found to be quite formal but efficient. The room was on the small side and provided just what was needed, nothing more, e.g., tissues, which I really appreciate having were not provided. The breakfast buffet was very nice, though we came across more generous... More

This is another of the many Motel One premises in Germany (and elsewhere). Cool and comfy design, rooms that offer everything you need, a 24/24 bar, very welcoming service, streamlined and efficient procedures, cleanliness, and in this particular case an excellent location: downtown, in view of the beautiful St. Nicolai Church. All this is what you get a very reasonable... More

Absolutely friendly staff. Nothing asked was a problem and a solution as found even if the hotel it self didn't offer it. Helpfully explanations what to do and where to go from reception staff. Middle in the heart of the city everything is reachable easy by foot

A very nice and newly renovated hotel in the city center for a decent cost. The rooms are not big but are really clean and feels newly renovated. I would definately go to that hotel when/if I ever visit Leipzig again. The breakfirst was in a lovely room and was also very nice and at a normal cost.

We stayed at the Nikolikairche Motel One over Easter weekend. The lobby is very nice with a bar at one end and the breakfast room at the other. The staff were very welcoming and were happy to stow our suitcase as our train arrived before check-in time. The room was small but quite nice. It was definitely large enough for... More

This was a realy find. It was located right next to Nikolaikirche and a short walk to Thomaskirche, perfect location for the Bach Festival. Plus, it was reasonably priced part of a budget chain, small rooms, but everything was well thought out. We would definitely stay there again.

Motel 1 is a really good, new, clean basic hotel. Rooms are minimalist, but beautifully planned. Showers really work, and beds are comfortable. Staff are friendly and very helpful. The barman remembered our order from the previous night, and asked if we wanted a repeat. Buffet breakfasts are good value. The location is right in the centre of Leipzig, and... More

I absolutely recommend this hotel for a city trip to Leipzig. The hotel is in the middle of the city center in the pedestrian zone. Like every motel-1 it is clean, modern and the staff is friendly. 5 min. to the station and if you will arrive with the car, the hotel has a garage.
