Located across a narrow street from the Mezquita church/mosque, this hotel is a wonder. The lobby is filled with antiques and artwork that makes you feel you are wandering the halls of a great museum. Our room was comfortable and provided us with a bird's eye view of the Holy Week processions. Within walking distance to many cafes and shops....

My room was small and had a strong smell from cleaner or air freshener. The staff was kind, and the dark corridors with various vintage and antique pieces were a curiosity. The location was great, but I'll stay somewhere else next time.

The room was large, overlooked the Great Mosque but was spartan and lacked some comforts such as air con. There are many other hotels which may provide more comfort. The town is fascinating, for those interested in art and architecture, food and wine and Andalusian culture. Those searching Gitano culture may only find the expensive an anodine tourist variety. We...

I should have been warned by the price of this hotel. It is in an excellent location (if a little noisy) but it really is a budget hotel. The bed was a standard double which you don't expect today and the facilities really were pared down to cut the costs. The buffet breakfast was not very inspiring and for €7...

This hotel is the ideal location if you're looking for a hotel in the old city. Literally steps from the Mezquita, our room had a view directly onto the carved walls of the ancient mosque-cathedral. The hotel itself has a charm about it, with paintings and antiques in the main part of the hotel, whilst offering a nice, clean bedroom...

From the outside, this hotel is pretty unremarkable and you'd probably pass it by. However, don't be fooled, this is an excellent budget hotel. Location is perfect - right outside the Mezquita door & central to the old city. Staff were all friendly and accommodating. All areas of the hotel and our room were spotlessly clean & tidy. Decor is...

Stayed here November 2016. Couldn't be a more convenient location. Nice furnishings and a little balcony, right across from the mosque. Noise became an issue after we were in for the evening. Surprisingly it wasn't from the street but from the lobby/check-in area. Very late into that first evening we heard loud conversations between customers and front-desk staff. Our room...

Hotel Mezquita is situated literally across the street from Cordoba's Mosque and Cathedral and within very short walking distance fro everything one may want to visit in the city. The hotel comes across as rather "kitschy" (in a nice way). The rooms are not very large and the ones situated at the front can be rather noisy in the high...
