This hotel is full of character and the staff are amazingly helpful. Comfortable, cool and friendly. It was extremely hot when we visited. We could walk just a few steps to the Mezquita an amazing icon and to cafes and restaurants. Although in a busy tourist pedestrian area we were surprised at how quiet it was once in our room.

Everything is effective and clean. Quiet and calming place to stay. In the old city and just beside the mosque. Good alternative to the big and cold chain hotels. The family that runs the place knows what they are doing. Safe place.

This little gem is situated beside the Mosque Cathedral in the heart of the old town. It was originally a private residence but has been converted to a hotel. The welcome was as good as 'the Irish' :-) Enrique spoke excellent English and we were booked in. Our two sons were in a room without air-conditioning and when I returned...

We loved this hotel. Directly opposite the Mezquita and ideally situated for Tapas and restaurants. All attractions are walkable within the city. The hotel was spotless. Our room (113) looked out on a side street opposite a Bodega. The windows were double glazed and had no problem with noise at all. The room was nicely decorated with an excellent bathroom...

A friend and I were in Cordoba for 3 nights. It just happened to be during the Fesitval Of Patios. My room faced the extremely busy street and I had no problem falling asleep to the faint sounds from the street. I thought the windows did their job to diffuse the crowd sounds. The receptionists seemed friendly enough. The rooms...

The Marisa hotel is just opposite the mosque cathedral of Cordoba. Its rooms have view on the main street with tourist shoppers and parties walking beneath. The windows are poorly noise insulated. The room have a poor noise insulation too. Our bed was not comfortable as one of the iron spring was sticking out dangerously. As we already asked to...

If you just need a bed for the night, this is the hotel for you. It is really old- fashioned, the rooms were clean but small and very noisy. Also, the older receptionist was rather rude and in the beginning he wasn't willing to accept our ids and asked for our passports although, we are European citizens. When he agreed...

This hotel is right across the narrow street from the Cathedral. We asked for a room off the front but they gave us one on the front because it had a bigger bathroom. They gladly made a change for us and we chose a room in the back that had a smaller bathroom but it proved to be a little...

HOTEL MARISA Worked for One Night You can't beat this hotel for location and convenience to the tourist sites. However, with that comes a great deal of street noise, difficult and expensive parking and a long walk to get to the hotel because unless you have been there before, the gps doesn't help due to streets that are closed, blocking...

We stayed there for 1rst of May. Booked through booking.com. first night was OK at 75 €, but the 2 other ones at 125 € without breakfast were too much for what it is : a small standard room in an old traditional hotel. Valued 2 stars. Breakfast is served if you ask for it the night before : one...
