Stayed June 21-26 at the hotel.
I was a little scared when I saw the comments, they served to make me aware that I was going to a three star. The hotel generally adheres to all three stars. It has many details to improve in general such as apartment renovation, furniture and elevators.

The common areas are renovated and in the apartment that touched me the kitchen too. The reception catered perfectly to my demands, they attended me kindly.

The apartment has a bedroom, bathroom, living room-kitchen and terrace. The renovated kitchen in my case, the rest of the old apartment (requires a modernization) although comfortable to spend a few days. Very comfortable mattress. The thermos is electric. My views were towards the garden which has lawns and pines. There is no clothes rack on the terrace (much needed).

The complex is open towards the street, in my view it should be completely fenced.

In the dining room the feeling some days was of little variety or monotony although rich dishes. The downside was the breakfast pastries were poor quality, the cakes were very similar every day, the rest well.
One day there were prawns, mussels, meatballs, pasta, pizza, salad, hot broth, profiteroles, cheeses, ham, etc.

The evening performances: Ashe Habana, Rouge del Soleil, Josué Concert music, Concert Live Alfred and a Flamenco group.

The pool is lake type, goes from greater to shallower depth. You couldn’t be relaxed, kids constantly throwing bombs at each other and even playing with balls in the splashing water.

On the streets adjacent to the hotel it parks well on these dates.
There is a street that takes you directly to the beautiful beach of Barrosa.
My advice is to choose Half Board and be able to eat outside to delight the gastronomy of the area in restaurants. Half board gives you a choice between breakfast and lunch or dinner.
With Meliá club points you can pay for a drink. Such drinks are quite expensive, a one-litre bottle of water €3.80. Two mojitos 16€. I never paid that price in a four-star.

In short, if you are looking for a budget hotel compared to others and do not look at the small details this is your hotel. If you are otherwise demanding, on the same street there are other hotel options with higher category.

For the sixth time we return to this hotel located in our little paradise of the barrosa and Sancti Petri.
Needless to say, if we've come to the same hotel so many times, it'll be for something.
The staff at both reception and dining and cleaning are super friendly and Pro.
The food is delicious and varied (fish, meat, fruits and delicious desserts). We have just spent a holiday in a 4 star hotel in Lanzarote and we have not eaten half as well as here.
The apartments also perform well, very well equipped and the beds are very comfortable.
Very entertaining shows at night (this Friday a rock boy performed music from the 80s and 90s that I was very good).
A very good pool for children and adults.
If we add to all this that the apartments are at the foot of my favorite beach of quality and that they have a value for money exceptional can not ask for more.
Looking forward to coming back again!!!!

We went with quite a few precautions: three stars, beach hotel....and we found a Hotel that, although years old, is maintained in very good condition: very clean, cheerful colors, well-kept and spacious apartments, services... .
It has its own parking in the basement (€42*7 nights), good cuisine, well prepared, swimming pool with garden area...
The apartments occupy several two-story buildings that have a bedroom and large bed, living room with kitchen, table, side table and television...as well as a small terrace.
Very friendly and well dressed staff.
The sound quality in activities could be improved: higher volume does not always mean better hearing.

Terrible condition of the facilities from the first step of access to it. The apartments are not as clean as would be desired, dampness and chips on the walls. Very worn out and poorly maintained furniture. Very poor electrical installation. Painted on the walls of the premises.
When we arrived at the room, the door was open, which opened without needing to use the magnetic key. (we repeated it several times and the door opened by itself without needing to pass the key)
Really TERRIBLE. The worst lodging experience in my life, in fact, we left the hotel complex 30 minutes after arriving, without anyone giving us any solution.

This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel, my daughter loves the mini club. This time the bed was uncomfortable and the apartment needs renovation, the musty smell doesn't let you sleep. This weekend the hotel was full and it was very noticeable in the dining room, on Friday night there were lines of an hour to get in for dinner but they let us finish dinner calmly and without rushing. The meals are varied and very good, except for the juices that are not drinkable. The animators a ten.

We have just left Sol Sancti petri and our experience has been magnificent. From the moment you walk through the reception, through the buffet, animation... they make you feel at home. Facilities, food, beachfront hotel, everything spectacular. Congratulations on the service.
Special mention to Carmen Caballero for pampering us so much, Maria for her warm welcome and Raquel reception for her daily smile.
We will definitely return!!!!!

It left a lot to be desired. We were 3 couples with small children, and after waiting for our turn in line at the buffet, the employee tells us that we are going to have to wait a long time, with very little attitude. We told him that if the same thing was going to happen to us every time, we could let him know that we were getting in line so that he could anticipate the situation, but his attitude was not very collaborative, they didn't even give the children a glass of water. I add that there were 2 spiders with giant legs in the bathroom, the bed was very uncomfortable....
We put up a complaint form and even spoke with the person who claimed to be responsible for quality. As of today we have no response to the claim. As soon as I have a space I will take it for consumption.

The best is the cleanliness and kindness of all the workers. The worst, the beds, very uncomfortable. Another negative thing, I don't know if because our room was on the ground floor next to the gardens, a lot of ants. The food is good, but the drink that they charge €3.80 for 1 liter of water seems excessive to me. The pool was quite good, the entertainment was good. We leave satisfied.

A great place to enjoy the wonderful La Barrosa beach due to its excellent location. Sol Santi Petri has all the characteristics to enjoy your vacation days since the atmosphere is very familiar. All the services are excellent, especially the entertainment with which we spent some very fun days. The dining room service is very professional and pleasant, the buffet is very varied and exquisite. Also highlight the cleaning service in all facilities. Guaranteed fun all day long for both children and adults.
