It has been a practically perfect experience. We have found everything we have needed, the imaginable and the unimaginable. Super friendly reception, the room was ready when we arrived (around 5:00 p.m.). Adrian put us on the waiting list to get a parking space (which we got the next day, €20/day, not very big spaces, there is also an electric charging point outside that you can use for 12 hours) and Alvaro accompanied us there. the room carrying our suitcases and explaining the most important things about the hotel and the services, among which, like other clients, we want to highlight the entertainment. Everyone: Vanesa, Lourdes, Simone, Cristian and Juanfran are incredible, they encourage you and make you participate in the activities: aquagym, gymnastics, the aperitif game... and the children can't get bored: surfing, soccer, ping pong... .where they make friends.
The large room, a double room independent of the living room where there is a sofa bed or two extra beds, with TV in both places. Large terrace with armchair, table and two chairs and clothesline! for towels and swimsuits. They give you a towel every day to use on the beach and pool. Incredible pool, water with the right temperature and children's pool. They also have an adults-only pool.
Despite it being August 15 and being full, we did not feel overcrowded at any time. The beach is 8-10 minutes walk, incredible beach, clean waters and great temperature (neither hot nor cold).
We also enjoyed the gym, which is not very big but has just enough, you must reserve through the app and the maximum capacity is 4 people. All the employees are very friendly, dedicated to serving customers with kindness and satisfying their needs. We want to highlight Diego in the buffet restaurant who stood out for his education and professionalism and Natalia, who welcomed us at breakfast, lunch or dinner always with a smile and friendliness. It should be mentioned that the buffet is super varied and that there is also a chef every day who cooks different options on the grill. Clean, well-kept facilities, we did not eat in the restaurant inside (only in the buffet) but we did use it to have some coffee While we are at the pool, it has uninterrupted food in case you want to eat something after hours.
There is also the room where the shows are held every night (magic, 80's night, flamenco, family game night...) where you can have a drink, a coffee and dinner until 1. Both the buffet and the lounge They have a terrace. The hotel has everything so that you don't have to leave it if you don't want to. Quiet rooms, we didn't hear a noise, we took the second floor (there are only two, which makes the hotel super nice) with views of the golf course. and Yes, there were some ants but normal being where the hotel is, I think that in my house there are more ants when they come out hahahaha, nothing worrying. The room admittedly smelled "closed". We will definitely return, but this time with mosquito repellent! We got stung a lot but that's not the hotel's fault but rather the climate of the area.
We asked for a basket of fruits and water to be there when we got to the room and there it was delicious! with welcome note included.
We recommend this hotel 120%.

I had the incredible opportunity to attend a wedding at the Vincci Resort Costa Golf Hotel in Sancti Petri, and the experience was simply unbeatable. From the first moment, the environment left us speechless: the hotel is located in a beautiful location, surrounded by lush gardens and a few steps from the spectacular La Barrosa beach. The ceremony was held outdoors, with the sea breeze and the murmur of the waves as a soundtrack, creating a magical and romantic atmosphere.

The hotel itself is a true oasis of comfort and elegance. The rooms are spacious and decorated with exquisite taste, offering all the necessary comforts for a relaxing stay. But what really stood out was the impeccable service of the staff. From the assistant director Gonzalo to the last member of the team, everyone was exceptionally attentive and dedicated, ensuring that every detail was perfectly taken care of.

The wedding organization was exemplary. Coordination between the hotel's various teams was impeccable, and every aspect of the event ran smoothly. The setup for the banquet was impressive; The tables were elegantly decorated, and the atmosphere radiated sophistication and warmth. The meal was a true feast for the senses: each dish was carefully prepared and deliciously presented, reflecting the best of local and international cuisine. It was evident that the kitchen team put a lot of care into providing a memorable dining experience.

Furthermore, the overall atmosphere during the celebration was vibrant and full of joy. The hotel gardens provided a lovely setting for photos and cocktail reception, while the event hall was transformed into a perfect setting for dinner and party. The music, lighting and bar service contributed to a night full of fun and excitement, leaving all guests with unforgettable memories.

Vincci Costs Golf for the third year in a row. Strangely reception did not have data of previous stays at hand (no recognition). During our stay we saw among (restaurant) staff many familiar faces that we saw also in previous years. Nice to see that the hotel manages to keep staff happy and loyal. Located as first hotel at roundabout leading to boulevard with all restaurants (20 mins walk) and just across the street to get to beach (2nd beach line). Hotel chosen because we stay with 3 adults (incl our 18 year old son) in one room and the suites of Vincci Costa Golf are perfect for that. Parents have own bedroom and son stayed in a type of bali-bed in living room. Hotel staff friendly. Amenities overall good, some updates could be made (bathroom shower hard to regulate temperature, toilet does not flush well, wifi in room to be improved). Since we booked only breakfast the location at start of boulevard is perfect, 20 mins walking to the restaurants on the boulevard. Parking around the hotel is terrible, too few places. Paid parking underground available but for 22 euros per day.. too high. Anyway parking is dramatic for all hotels in Novo Sancti Petri. Best is to find a place and just leave the car there during your stay. Barrosa beach is the best beach in (continental) Spain. Fine white sand, nice waves for a good swim. Overall: perfect location, good stay, minor criticism on parking availability, wifi in room and bathroom can use a bit of upgrading. Overall again a very pleasant stay.

The check-in was a bit unfortunate as, we arrived at 1pm but, as expected now in all hotels (and which we have normalized), until after 3pm they do not have the room ready. Of course, at 12 o'clock, the day of departure, you have to leave her. We checked, left our bags on lock and went to lunch, they told us they would call us when they had the room but, after lunch, we asked again and it was done but no one had told us anything.
When we arrived at the room, we saw that it did not correspond to what we had booked and paid for. We booked and paid in advance with Destinia (something I don't like and I complained about it), a room overlooking the pool and we were given one that didn't face the pool. When I went to Reception, a slightly rude lady, told us that the room overlooking the garden was also paid for so I had to answer that for the garden view was paid more.
We paid, as I say, for a room overlooking the pool and indicated that we were two disabled people and that we would value a dish-shower instead of bathtub because my husband has reduced mobility. They noticed that we had paid more for the views of the pool and gave us one overlooking a garden (they were all) putting ahead the shower tray issue when for us the most important thing was the pool view issue. They changed our room but we had the showers of the pool in the middle and not that it looked too much said pool.
We also asked for a double bed and a separate bed for our son (not sofa bed).
They gave us two beds for us and a very uncomfortable sofa bed in the middle of the living room that invalidated this one.
We went with Half Pension, very repetitive food (chicken and the same fish always grilled), nothing more. Many salads made and to make you but, for my taste, little else.
Breakfast juice is natural, of course. Coffee is also very good.
Quite loose animation.
The pool with the murky water, full of sand, the mold tiles (the black joints) and the grids around the same, with mold/black.
They left our room for a whole day without doing it.
Ants in the room, even in bed they climbed.
To go to the beach made boat and snack because you have 15 minutes of walking loaded with everything.
Overall value for money leaves a lot to be desired.
You spend the whole year saving up for these days and then you get a pretty big vest.

Congratulations to this great hotel!
Our stay with you has been quite a discovery. Staff in all its departments know with great experience how to cater well to a guest. Always ready to help and provide the greatest comfort and convenience.
The location of the Hotel is a very positive factor as it is located on the most beautiful beach in Cadiz, La Barrosa and specifically this area is quite quiet and familiar.
The à la carte restaurant is a must, has very exclusive and select local dishes with Top-rated fish and meat.
I will definitely return to this Hotel very soon and recommend it 100%.

It combines a great location, high-quality facilities, outstanding customer service and value for money, all backed by an incredible team. The quality and variety of food and drink offered at the hotel is another important factor. It offers a variety of activities for both adults and children. The rooms with quality beds, air conditioning, and additional services such as free WiFi. Daily cleaning and maintenance of common areas is also spectacularly crucial. Exceptional customer service can make a big difference in the overall experience. The staff is very friendly, attentive and able to provide assistance with any needs or problems that arise. The proximity to the beach is crucial with an unparalleled beach bar and magnificent staff, I can only recommend it a thousand times.

Perfectly located hotel, next to the beach and the restaurant area. The service is impeccable and the buffet is huge and has a lot of variety. I recommend it 100%, in addition the rooms are very spacious and super well soundproofed with respect to outside noise.

It is a very nice and quiet hotel. With large rooms and impeccable facilities despite having been inaugurated 30 years ago, the maintenance seems to be very continuous. It is located just 5 minutes walk from the beach. The staff is super attentive, friendly and professional. The breakfast is great with fresh, top-quality products and the beach bar serves delicious portions and dishes at a reasonable price.
An unbeatable experience. It has surprised us very pleasantly. We will repeat for sure.

We have gone on vacation with the family and it has been unbeatable.

We will try to do it in parts.

Exterior: it has easy parking without the need for blue zone parking, or hotel parking (which you also have an option for €12 per day).

Facilities: all kinds of spa services, gift shop (open on certain days at certain times), outdoor swimming pool and another heated one, hair salon, entertainment for children and adults (after dinner service bingo, karaoke, children's games, billiards, table football , exercise instructor, bar service, etc...
Rooms: you have several options with views of the pool, interior or suite. It is created in complete detail, with a safe, cable TV, built-in wardrobes, living room, mini-bar, infusions with a kettle to heat water, very large spaces, A/AC, and a large bathroom with the option of a bath or shower. . Here I'm only going to put one but and that is that the bathtub is too cool (my wife is 8 months pregnant and it was already difficult) when you got out, you could notice that you had to raise your legs. Regarding the beds, you have several pillows of different weights (high, low, soft, etc.) the double ones are very good but the double one was a little more uncomfortable (springs).
Restaurant: We had a buffet and had breakfast and dinner. Here they do not skimp on offering all kinds of services (live food, many kinds of salads, cheeses, meats, fish, sauces, pastries, milks, fruits, desserts, jams, coffees, so non-stop, it is a 10 as a buffet, Yes, drinks aside.
Staff: I'm just going to say thank you because there are too many words of praise, from the cleaning staff, reception, waiters, and cooks, they are very delighted.

Location: it is located in a place near Chiclana de la Frontera, and 30 minutes from Jerez, Cádiz, the port, etc. very very good

As I say, everything is praise with that small nuance but I don't know what it takes into account, it is a 10 hotel that I recommend.
THANKS FOR THE STAY

Good hotel, with a calm and relaxed atmosphere far from the "all-inclusive" hotels where everyone enters without a filter, the staff is pleasant and very attentive, the rooms are spacious and clean.
The gastronomy is very rich, of quality and very varied, especially for children.
The animation very good.
The pool is quiet and without having to fight with anyone to get a hammock, and it also has a pool for adults only.
Parking costs 18 euros/day, but if you are lucky you find parking in the area, which is difficult if it is high season.
The beach is not next to the hotel but it is only 500 meters away.
A special greeting to the entertainment staff and especially to the dining room receptionist who cared and did everything possible so that my little girl had a surprise on her birthday.

Hello, We do have a bar at the beach where you can have lunch or something to eat or drink. But if your reservation is full or half board you have to use only the buffet restaurant at hotel.
