Location is great if you are looking for a hotel near to Malaga airport. The hotel was very clean and the room also. Good bed. The staff also friendly and helpful! I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a place to stay for one or two nights because it’s near to airport.

I've stayed at this hotel twice when I've had a layover in Malaga. Rooms are basic, but clean and functional. It's a good hotel airport. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Last time I was here, Maria at reception helped me so much when I had mixed up my reservation dates.

My friend and I stayed in the Campanile for a couple of nights during the Coronavirus outbreak before we were to catch our emergency flights home. As we arrived, we were rather stressed as transport restrictions were changing daily and we were unsure as to whether we would even make it home. We thought that the kind staff would help us feel a little more at ease. However, at the desk, one of your staff members, Maria, made us feel worse about our situation with her snippy and condescending attitude, insisting that we probably wouldn’t get home despite us obviously making an effort to keep in good spirits. This isn’t the kind of behaviour you expect to receive from staff in this industry. In spite of this, the rest of the staff extremely helpful and rooms were what we were looking for.

The Hotel is about 10 minutes to the airport and 10 minutes from the city center. The bus stop is very very close to the hotel. Good and various breakfast, rooms clean and big enough. They were very kind at the reception.

We booked this hotel for a Saturday night, specifically because it had a restaurant. We arrived after a long drive, tired and hungry... only to be told that the restaurant was closed. I don’t mean we were late arriving and arrived after it closed - I mean closed and not open at all! Closed on a Saturday night? Really? So we had to go back out and drive to find another place for dinner. To cap it all the following morning AFTER we checked out, we received an email to say that they could do a pizza for us if we wanted .... but as we had already checked out this was utterly useless. Now on to the room. Nice, simple and clean. That’s the good bit. However, the air conditioning unit didn’t work so we were swelteringly hot all night and could not sleep. Well, we couldn’t sleep anyway as I think the hotel is built of cardboard, and was certainly without any sound insulation. Even with the window closed tight, it often sounded as though there were cars and motorbikes roaring up and down the corridor. Our room was at the back of the hotel, which was supposedly on the quieter side. The location of the hotel is between a petroleum station and a smelly dump. Funnily enough they don’t mention that in the advert either. We did open the window to try to cool down the room, but the smell from the dump and the noise from the road made this far from practical. Would we recommend this hotel? Sadly not!!! Will we stay again? Absolutely not!! Really disappointed.

Dear Sir, We regret that your stay was not to your liking. I attended him at the exit on Sunday and told him that if in doubt he would call the reception, which he told me he did not do. As for the restaurant, the dinner schedule is Monday through Friday, on the weekend we have a snack menu until 24.00 hours. In addition to informing you of a shopping center near the hotel or even ordering food at home. We are sorry we did not live up to your expectations, but our team is at your disposal for future visits to our city. We wish you Happy Holidays and a Happy New Year 2020 from all the staff of Campanile Malaga Hotel.
