I was upgraded and paid for 6 nights and the seventh was free. The room was big and had its own bathroom and a fridge although the fridge freezes anything you put in it so be careful. staff were very nice and helpful especially Samah at the reception. the kitchen was good.

Dear Oasis Backpackers Hostel, Jose, Alexandra, Sama, Jorge and the quiet, quite tall, guy on reception are brilliant, erudite and extremely polite and helpful at all times. Sean (Shaun) and Negin were really great at being the guests friends. Sean made me feel very much at home and was very diplomatic, at all times. A special thank you to those...

I've stayed for 3 nights in this hostel. I booked in advance cause it was a holiday weekend. When I arrived, there was trouble with the reservation. The guy at the reception was friendly but not competent at all. I made a deposit in advance but he still wanted me to pay the full price. That was the first inicident....

I liked it that much that I was even about to get a job there! It's a lovely place, very well located, the building is very nice, the staff is awesome and friendly, very helpful and informs you very well. The atmosphere is awesome, full of young people, from everywhere, which creates a great feeling there. The only thing I...

Simply a great spot to catch up with friends for G&Ts and cocktails over looking the roof terrace out to the roof tops of Malaga! Comfy sofas, bar stools and dual bars with efficient table service. A great social spot in the heart of the city! Enjoy!

First the good: the rooms were spacious and cleaned each day which I appreciated. The bad: small cockroach-like bugs in the bathroom. I am not 100% sure if these were cockroaches but as soon as the light was turned on a dozen of them would skuttle away, which was gross (I am praying they don't come home with me). Also,...

As I said in the title, this hostel was modern and central. The wifi worked exceptionally well. The terrace on the top was beautiful and a great place to relax. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. There weren't enough power sockets in the rooms (room of 8, probably four sockets). Air conditioning came on at random times and went...

Stayed in a 12 bed mix dorm. Best part about this hostel is the location. Its just close to any bar or restaurant. It's a 15 minute walk from the airport metro station. and maybe 15-20 minute walk to the beach. rooftop terrace has a great bar, but its not part of the hostel, and most people at this bar...

Oasis hostel is a good hostel, one of the funniest that I have been! Perfect location, nice beds clean and comfortable, the only thing is there is only 1 bathroom per room , so if you're sleeping with 12 people become difficult to manage. But anyway is the perfect environment to enjoy especially for young people .They have a nice...

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
Welcome to the most "party" hostel in Malaga. We have a saying at Oasis Backpacker's Hostel in Malaga, " If you can't meet anyone here, you can't meet anyone anywhere!" or maybe that was "Why do my socks smell like tequila?" Either way, cheap drinks, two bars, and endless activities keep travellers mingling all night long. In Malaga we want everyone to join in the fun. Whether we're spending the day basking in the warm Andalusian sun at one of Malaga's many beaches (yes even in the winter), sipping cocktails while looking out over the skyline on our rooftop bar or stumbling through the historic center after one of our famous nights out, you will be welcomed into the family...Oasis Style! ... more   less
