What a beautiful place. It's tucked away on a quiet road but is just a few minutes' stroll from the city centre. It's self catered but the kitchen is well stocked with free tea and coffee, and good value beer and wine is available; the roof terrace is just lovely for an afternoon drink. Our double room was comfortable and...

Hostel is nice, clean and friendly in a traditional Spanish style, situated in the historic centre of Malaga. I really liked the simple and traditional bathroom. However, when we arrived at 22:09, there was no one in the reception anymore. Indeed it says on my reservation that reception closes at 10pm (with barely visible letters), yet I find this attitude...

I was quite disappointed that we could only stay one night. Nice atmosphere, very friendly receptionist, nice reception area where you can cook your own meal and the best: the rooftop terrace, especially at night.

I just loved this hostel in the old town Malaga. An old renovated characterful house tucked away down a quiet cul-de-sac but easy walk to all the main attractions and about a 15 minute walk to the beach. Great wifi, plentiful hot water, spotlessly clean, free tea and filter coffee. Ticked all the boxes. Well thought out to make your...

This place is clean, welcoming and convenient and the service was great! We loved the location as well even though it was a little far to the beach. They seem very well organized and the staff is very helpful.

This place is a little tired however the communal areas are lovely especially the roof terrace. However the bathroom did smell and didn't feel clean but I think that was because one of the other bathrooms was broken so a lot of people were using the same one. However it is a nice hostel

My friend and I booked a private room in this Casa. Our Ryan Air flight was delayed by two hours - one hour on the runway and then additionally in landing. Thus we arrived at 11.45 at night at the Casa. They closed their reception by 10. So when we arrived we called the number and nobody answered it. Finally...

Dear Payal, we need to clarify a few points of your review. Our staff tried to call you several times before 22:00 to find out where you are and if we can help you find the way to our hostel. Nobody answered the phone. You first called our sister hostel at almost midnight when you were already in front of...

We stayed two nights in Casa Al Sur. It was very comfortable and the location was nice too. I really like the effort they had put into the creative interior of an already beautiful old Spanish house. The staff were two guys, probably from US, and were absolutely friendly and helpful. It is very cost-effective too, especially for youngsters and...

I stay two nights at this hostel and was very happy with my overall experience. It wasn't full of American 20 somethings trying to re-enact EuroTrip. It was quiet, located on a side street with the right amount of charm and, a very accommodating staff. The building and facilities were tired and run down but everything was very clean and...
