It's a poor hotel, not a 4 star hotel. The staff isn't friendly. When we checked in, the receprionist wanted to copy our credit card, although our room was payed. The breakfast was good. In the rrstaurant stuck the floor, although we were the first quests. The interior of the hotel is terrible, but at least funny :)

Lovely architecture INSIDE this place, pity that they don’t highlight the elevated motorway literally next to it and the fact you are on a scruffy industrial estate! (with apparently no local food/watering holes) AND again right next to a concrete production site!! Bedroom nicely furnished but air con inop (told later that its switched off - but you can not open the window due to traffic noise) The siting of bath & toilet ment getting into the bath to shower was quite difficult & design of this space is poor. Friendly receptionist on arrival but not the one at 2am when I had to go down to complain about noisy neightbours (as our room phone did not work) Lovely old bar & generous amounts of alcohol served!(😳). Let down again at breakfast time with average choice, with cold “hot” food (eggs bacon etc) and chipped crockery. Only one lady on in restaurant who was not available to complain to. Complained to the management on our return who basically fobbed us off and are not interested. Would we stay again for the price (superior room) paid of £130? Absolutely not!!

Good room, good bed, good food, good service, courtyard has to be seen, every bit as good as the photos. Close to Malaga Airport. Not the easiest to find without satnav, but would recommend this hotel with no hesitation.

We stayed for a week here and we really enjoyed it. Perfect base for excursions in Andalucia because it is near to the roadway. Rent a car is recommended. Staff were very friendly and guest-centric. When we had a question or problem they solved it immediately. Superior room is large and comfortable. Cleaning ladies are kind and work well. We really loved the restaurant. We ate dinner in the restaurant almost every night and we had always excellent food (like in a fine-dining one). Waiters were always happy and helpful. Breakfast was perfect. They served serrano ham/cheese selection and english breakfast, too. Our favourite was the DIY fresh orange juice maker. We did not use the outside pool but it was nice. Design of the hotel is funny (like and old castle but modern style). Good point for garage under the hotel (free using for guests).

this is a nice hotel, located in the business district with warehouses and some factories around, so at the weekend all the restaurants around are closed, the hotel has a nice swimming pool, fitness centre and a restaurant serving tasty food, free parking
