We spent 4 fantastic nights at Molina Lario and had a fantastic, chilled and relaxing stay.
Staff were first class, the room was spot on, location was excellent and the breakfast was delicious. Cracking swimming pool and pool area.
One tip, don't pre-book your breakfasts...More
A wonderful hotel, good comfortable spacious rooms, lovely pillows, friendly helpful staff, fantastic location, good views, decent rates, secure baggage store, central for everything and just opposite an airport shuttle stop.
I did not book the hotel myself, I was part of a group who lived here. I had a room on the 2nd floor, and that was fine. it was facing towards the inside of the hotel, and I could hear some noise from the...More
A super hotel in the city center. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The lobby of the hotel is good, but the rooms are so much better! It feels like home. Besides that there is a small pool and terrace on the upper floor...More
This is a perfectly-located hotel in a newer building. It has no old world charm but offers new world comfort and amenities instead. The rooms and baths are clean and generously sized.

Any city hotel with a rooftop pool will have limited space so it's hardly surprising it gets busy now and again. We have been going to Molina Lario twice a year for 10 years and never had a problem. This hotel is for the more discerning patron for its near location to the culture and amazing restaurants that Malaga City provides. If people want to lie in the sun all day then I suggest a hotel down the coast towards plastic Spain with kids running around screaming and thousands of sun beds everywhere or take a 15 min walk to the beach over the road past the Port. Molina Lario has been and still is the friendliest and best hotel in Malaga City and gives us everything that we require and I would class us as sunbathers. Have never heard a bad word about Molina Lario, if it doesn't cater to you're specific requirements go somewhere else.
