Stayed here for 3 nights, unfortunately it is still under going renovation so there was a lot of banging going on but they do warn you of this on the website. Generally a very comfortable stay, amazing big bed, staff very friendly and small rooftop...More

Wonderful central location as most of the "Go To" sites within easy walking distance. Lots of restaurants and tapas bars and a great organic cafe around the corner for breakfast/brunch. Our room overlooked a pedestrian area so it was quiet and peaceful. The staff were...More

We have been accommodated for New Years eve in the hotel. I guess the price was quite expensive for that period for the crowded period and I don't think it would have worth the price it in a different day than New Years Eve. The...More

Any city hotel with a rooftop pool will have limited space so it's hardly surprising it gets busy now and again. We have been going to Molina Lario twice a year for 10 years and never had a problem. This hotel is for the more discerning patron for its near location to the culture and amazing restaurants that Malaga City provides. If people want to lie in the sun all day then I suggest a hotel down the coast towards plastic Spain with kids running around screaming and thousands of sun beds everywhere or take a 15 min walk to the beach over the road past the Port. Molina Lario has been and still is the friendliest and best hotel in Malaga City and gives us everything that we require and I would class us as sunbathers. Have never heard a bad word about Molina Lario, if it doesn't cater to you're specific requirements go somewhere else.
