The hotel is a bit oldish, still very clean and all the necessary bathroom amenities are there. We missed however the coffee/tea in the room and I think we were supposed to have. Also the door between the room and the bathroom/wc is of glass and doesn't really close; personally not fan of this kind of intimacy. The biggest issue...

Whilst an Air-conditioning control was in the room it could not be adjusted. Talked to reception but nothing was done even though they told us that they had lowered the temperature to 18C- all lies as the remote in our room was unchanged. The two girls on the reception were far from helpful and seemed to think our problem was...

The location couldn't be any more perfect! You step out of the hotel and you got everything right there. Our room was nice (simple), it was on the first floor and the only window (patio door) it had, open to the interior courtyard of the hotel but so did the other rooms and the hotel hall way, nothing happened but...

Lovely clean hotel, friendly staff. Beautiful breakfast, hot pastries. Some rooms that look over the central core of the hotel are dark, have a pillar in the middle of the room and are very claustrophobic... we asked to be moved and although we had to pay a little more it was worth the upgrade. Very good central location.
