Is that a joke ? Staying in this hotel for few nights and : service in The Restaurant is a drama !!! Breakfast is a la carte and they tell you that if you take fruits and granola but you do not order crpissant and eggs Then you have to pay extra despite The fact you take less possitions in total ??? In a 5star hotel ? For 500 -700 euro per night ? A Real joke ...

Went for lunch inviting clients. Shockingly poor service to the point it’s serve your own wine, and the waitress pushes away you starter even though you haven’t finished it to throw your main course in front of you ‘because the kitchen was ready’ ... for 350 euros lunch for 4 with maximum 4 tables on the terrace and with them being in the Michelin guide... never again! Wrote to them an email about our experience, no reply. Write to them in a private message on Facebook.... no reply! Professionalism at its finest!

Pros: beautiful setting, lovely facilities, quality rooms, friendly staff, great champagne list. Cons: extortionately priced for drinks and food. We don't mind paying for quality, not at all, and have travelled to many destinations. However, this place is a rip off for drinks and food. There is no option to eat at the pool bar area to have a lunchtime snack, it is only possible to choose from the existing menu which offers more indulgent food. When I asked if someone could just make me a tuna salad, it was a straight 'no', you can just choose from what is on the menu. Surely the kitchen had tuna and salad? When we ordered a jug of sangria at the pool, it came to £45!! Our first meal on arrival at the venue came to £400. It wasn't even a good meal so this was really disappointing. In addition, we had no air con in our room. It was strange because they upgraded us to a garden room but when we called them to say that the AC wasn't working, nor was the piped music system, they told us that only one side of the complex has had the AC switched on and the side we were allocated only had heating. Why did they not upgrade us to the area with AC? They did offer to move us but we had just unpacked everything - it was pointless to put us in there in the first place. The breakfast options were not good either, very limited. All in all, a place that is style over substance in our opinion. Certainly not worth the money.

Had an amazing experience with my family there. We visited the bar for some drinks in the evening. The atmosphere is very relaxing and modern. The staff are very polite and are there for everything you may need, especially Pedro and Max. I would definitely recommend it to everyone who wants to taste something different and exciting.

A big thank you to Olivia and Danny for an amazing stay. All the staff were great and the room was stunning. The room had a beautiful garden view and the food was delicious in both restaurants which had a great vibe as well. A very relaxing stay. We’ll be back soon!
