This is a nice clean seaside hotel on top of the promenade. I would recommend this hotel for people on their holiday who do not expect any spectacular atmosphere but a nice clean room to sleep in. I guess the 4 star tag on the advertisement of this hotel can confuse some of the guests to expect something extra, however the...

The studio that we were allocated was very clean and met basic needs. The balcony was very small but we were lucky enough to have a sea veiw which was great (I had requested one when I booked). I found the receptionists to be helpful and were able to speak English. We used the cafe at lunch time but this...

While the furnishings are old, the rooms are spacious and the breakfast is a good spread! Location is great, being right on the promenade, and a short walk to the charming old city. And if like us, you need a clean room and good bed, the extra space and the kitchen were big bonuses.

I have stayed at these apartments on several occasions with my husband and also with a group of girlfriends. They are absolutely perfect, right on the seafront near the shops, bars and restaurants, but in a quiet location. The apartments are spacious and spotlessly clean. Although the apartments are classed as 3 star I feel this does not do them...

I stayed with a friend at the Princess Playa Hotel for 2 nights. The location was fantastic as it was beach front, close to many restaurants and the old town was just a short walk. However the furnishings are outdated and the room was not as clean as it could of been. We were upgraded to a studio due to...

We stayed in this hotel from 23/09/2013 to 30/09/2013.The hotel's location on a quiet part of the promenade is superb. The northern side of the prom – to the left when exiting the hotel – extends for about 800 metres. Along this route – about 75 metres from the hotel – you will find free exercise machines. The southern side...

Just back from 4 nights in Marbella. Was really glad we chose the Princesa! Its a cracking location and a great property. There was a small mix up with the room and we were moved to a studio with a sea view. Glad there was a mix-up! Rooms are a little dated, but no worse than other resort hotels. Spotlessly...

Spent a week in Princesa Playa from 12th Sept and enjoyed it a lot. The one bedroom apartment had air conditioning and 2 modern televisions and was kept clean on a daily basis. Balcony was a little small and we were on the 7th floor with nice views. Small pool on roof with plenty of sun loungers. Nice cafeteria as...

Stayed in a self catering apartment and was brilliant, as we liked to cook our own breakfast! Defo recommend this place to any1. Sits right on the beach an along the strip of...

My friend and I shared a twin self catering room in this hotel and it was pretty much exactly what we expected for the money. It was spotlessly clean and functional for our few days in Marbella but there were not many luxeries. In the room the beds were comfortable, good powerful shower, small balcony with table and 2 chairs,...
