Recently stayed four nights with group of friends- great value, good location, spotlessly clean and good breakfast choice. Ask for a bedroom with balcony onto the garden side (not the busy main road) and you'll have uninterrupted sleep. Lovely beach walk along coast to Puerto Banus central (15 mins) or €7 in taxi. Also regular bus outside to there and...

What a great find, a real gem of a hotel, from the moment you walk into the large and well appointed reception area the hotel continues to surprise, lovely tropical style walkways leading you through to numerous swimming pool and sunbathing areas with extensive and well manicured lawns, the property location is peaceful with a side access gate to a...

Greeted by the most miserable and rude receptionists "Diego and his equally miserable sidekick" Why work in hospitality if you hate foreigners and smiling? Sent off to find our room or should I say cell. Dark, dirty and dingy. Complained and said I wanted a different room and was met with more rudeness and no apologies. Changed rooms to an...

This hotel is definitely NOT a 4 star as advertised ... Our room was like a room in a prison cell... no lift or porter to help us with our luggage ... We were told our room was just round the corner ... this was not true it was miles away from reception and up loads of stairs .... The...

Recently returned from a week staying at the BlueBay Hotel, on a positive note the rooms, gardens and pool areas were all very well maintained and clean although the rooms a little dated. The buffet breakfast was OK although difficult to sometimes get a seat, the buffet dinner I would not recommend. The hotel is a good 20 minutes walk...

We have just returned from Blue Bay with our 5 year old daughter. We booked this hotel after reading many reviews. It was a great hotel and I would definitely recommend. The rooms are very spacious and clean, the grounds are beautiful and well kept, full of entertainment for all the family and staff are helpful and work extremely hard!...

Had a very nice 10 days here early April. Rooms are very spacious, we upgraded to a superior suite (€20 per night), which gave us a view over the main pool. This was worth doing, as it put us well away from the main road, although to be fair, I think unless you were on the very front block, you'd...

Just returned last night from a 5 day stay at Blue Bay which we booked as a couple, for an early mini break. We hired a car from Malaga airport which was very good value and excellent to have. There is parking in the roads near the hotel but we chose to pay for the secure hotel parking at the...

Just returned home following a lovely week at the Bluebay. After reading some reviews I was apprehensive about staying at this hotel, but those fears were totally unfounded. The hotel is furnished Spanish style and is kept spotlessly clean. Our room was very spacious and was serviced every day to a high standard and we had a lovely balcony overlooking...

Hello, we just got back from our trip to Puerto Banus. The hotel is very nice beyond our expectations actually. The territory is big ,green, clean.Very peaceful place.Close to the beach, walking distance to the port walking area. The food for breakfast and dinner also not bad. Taxi to Puerto Banus costs 8 euro. Walking down the coastline is approx. 15 mins....
