Unclear policies. Shouldn't be allowed to advertise on booking.com staff are clearly uneducated as they have policy's in place but not accessible to the public! Booked 5 rooms on booking.com for payment on arrival NOWHERE was it stated that you had to make any upfront payments yet they emailed asking for HALF of the payment! Unbelievable & I won't be...

The spa is NOT included in most offerings - and you get ONE invite from 10 to 12. You HAVE to rent a towel (hotel ones are not allowed), etc etc Hotel itself is clean and ok. Staff is somehow “used“ to complains and anticipates them ... meaning not overly friendly. Seem to disagree too.

We are a family of 2 adults 3 children so had to book two separate (family) rooms. When we arrived reception asked if we would like to upgrade to adjoining rooms charging us an additional E28.00 per night we opted to stay as we were as we had rooms next to each other the beds were really uncomfortable so much...

When I booked through booking.com says in centre of town and spa access you are a fair walk into town about 1.5 miles to old town six euros in a taxi there from hotel. Clean tidy rooms and friendly bar staff reception staff could be more forthcoming with information. If you stay here be prepared to walk also only one...

Beds are terrible...could not sleep even for a night. And the reception folks are very businesslike - not friendly at all. The standard 'aka free wifi' is terribly slow, so you are forced to buy high speed wifi, which seemed like cheating to me, since the rate said inclusive of wifi. breakfast is great, spa is good as well. walk...

We stayed for 3 nights room only basis. As a family of 2 adult / 3 children we required two rooms. At check in we were offered an upgrade to interconnecting room! €28 per room / per night extra. This should / could be free when dealing with large family. The rooms were furnished with two double beds each. Not...

This hotel is at best OK. The room was tired and in serious need of refurb. We only stayed one night but half the Spa was closed and the staff weren't all that interested. Location is good, very handy for some really nice restaurants but there are far nicer places to stay in the same area of Marbella.

Had a thoroughly enjoyable week at this hotel. Rooms were lovely and clean, beautiful spa toiletries and robes on arrival. Fresh linen and towels daily. Safe and mini bar. Balcony and great views. Perfect for us. Huge choice at breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. Just 5 minutes walk from the beach and supermarket. Will definately be returning.

Awful. Booked through booking.com where the main description says free access to the spa. Of course the actual details of it only being 10-12 are hidden once you pick a room and you only see it if you open up the facilities tab... what a con. We arrived to use the spa in the afternoon and had to pay 9.50...
