I spent five weeks at the Guadalupe during March and April of 2013. The friendliness and knowledge of the people there is rivaled only by their competence. This is a well located establishment, with good access to the beach, and its amenities, as well as the central shopping areas. I give Hostal Guadeloupe my highest recommendation. Few people will not be...

This is without doubt the best hotel that I have ever stayed at. It was a priviledge to be with such nice people and the accomodation was way above the standard of any of the other hotels we stayed at during our three week tour of Spain and Morocco. The other reviews say it all, but to be in a...

A lovely weekend break under the sun. The hotel location is just perfect, central to the old town and stone throw away from the beach. Lovely hosts- Robert and Antonio welcomes you to a nice clean hotel with a friendly atmosphere. The staff were brilliant-gives good advice and impeccable service plus they serve hearty home cooked meals (a must try!)....

For a 2 star Hostel this place is simply brilliant. Puts 3 and 4 star hotels to shame. Very Friendly staff, excellent location, beautiful downstairs decor, food is excellent and prices are competitive .. why stay anywhere else ? If there is one problem with the Guadalupe is that its small (only 18 rooms) so it fills up up quickly.

We stayed at the Melia Hotel next door but had drinks there and twice a delicious meal. Their menu is rightly priced with a starter / main / dessert for under Euro 15. Try also the a la carte with a great calf's liver covered in onions. Also great soups & fish. Pedro the bar man had some great tips...

Just spent 3 nights at the Hostal Guadalupe with my daughter for a birthday break. Great location close to the beach and easy to get to restaurants and cafes in Torremolinos via the lift. Robert and Pedro were very welcoming and gave us lots of info about good places to eat. The hostal is clean, simple and friendly - plus...

We visit the Guadalupe to have a day or two away on the coast, as we live in the Spanish countryside. On every visit we have been impressed with the service, the standard of the rooms and the friendliness of all the staff. The Hostal is also in a fantastic location can't understand why anyone would want to stay anywhere else.

A business is successful when the management and team work together with one vision and the Hostal Gualalupe most certainly do that. Well done everyone. We will definitely return. We stayed at this wonderful gem last week for 7 nights....last week of January. We usually stay in 5* hotels (mainly Asia) so we were a bit unsure what to expect...
