My partner and I returned on 24th April having spent two weeks half board at this hotel. To be fair, we don't have too many complaints about the Cervantes. The rooms probably do need some upgrading but were kept very clean by the housekeeping staff. They were a bit old-fashioned but very acceptable. The hotel generally was very clean. There...

We chose this hotel mainly for the location as it is a couple of minutes from the train station and close to bars and restaurants. The niggles that other reviewers came up with for the hotel weren’t enough to bother us. For...

The rooms were in need of modernisation, there was only entertainment, which was poor, on two nights of the week, The pool area was closed for refurbishment with no notification on website. The worst part of it was the food which was...

I wasn't expecting too much from this hotel given the reviews and the price we paid. I was bitterly disappointed that my low expectations were not even met !! This was nothing to do with the environment which was acceptable for the price we paid, it was the ultimate lack of manners from the staff. I have never witnessed such...
