Not a bad hotel. The room was clean. The bathroom we had was very small and it was a squeeze to get in and cloase the door. The beds were not too comfortable, but not the worst we have had. Reception is hit and miss - sometimes the staff are very helpful and other times not. It depends who is...

We love visiting this part of the Costa Del Sol, and stayed at he Roc Flamingo, a 3 star hotel across the way from Blue Sea last August. Compared to the 3 star, this hotel was very sub standard. The rooms are clean, but the décor is very tired and out-dated, with the beds needing new mattresses. The restaurant was...

I have just returned from a 5 night stay in this hotel with my 8 year old daughter. I have to say a lot of the complaints at times on here are a bit harsh. Yes, the pool area was being regenerated but this did not affect ourselves from enjoying the sun on the 9th floor terrace and my daughter...

Very good location. 5 mins from the square. Shops, bars and restaurants even closer. Rooms were spot on and the maid was in the rooms cleaning daily. The food in this hotel was abundant. So much choice and they have a 'pick your own ingredients' wok, crepes or pasta counter. You choice and there were 2 chef's to prepare your...

This was my second visit to this hotel previously stayed in February half term and then again for easter break for two weeks. What a difference a few weeks make. The food has gone down hill and very repetitive. Was also annoyed at the fact they decided to dig up around the pool area with only a days notice if...

I've chosen this hotel mainly because of the location, which is brilliant (next to the main square and the train station) and because of the price, which was incredible cheap considering it was school term in England and most of the tourists in the area were British. Another positive thing is the sunbathing area on the roof, which I used...

Just got back from a four night stay at Gran Cervantes. On arrival check in quick and easy. We stayed in room 629 with sea view. Room clean, tidy and suitable for our needs, even found the bed to be surprisingly comfortable. Wind was very bad during our stay though and being on the sixth floor facing the sea made...

Like a back garden in a dodgy council estate. Out dated in every way. The reception is borderline ok but the rooms and poolside are horrendous. What a waste of money- we were supposed to be staying 5 nights, but left 2 hours after we arrived. The staff were mannerly and moderately helpful
