This is a beautiful old hotel with unbeatable views and beautiful common areas. The rooms were very clean and the bathroom was very large with really pretty tile work. The staff, however, is surprisingly, terrible to guests. When I asked for an adapter for my computer cord, the front desk lady looked for an adapter and rolled her eyes when...

Dear Guest, Thanks for taking your time and help us to improve. We regret that the service offered was not what you expected. Fortunately, as it is reflected in most of the reviews from other guests, these deficiencies are not common. Rather, they are an exception, as the service is usually one of the most valued aspects. We look forward...

We splurged on this hotel, very close to the Alhambra, when we arrived we thought one of the female staff was quite curt and stiff and that was not a great welcome. We had specifically requested one bed before we booked but got 2 beds and she basically told us "what could we expect for the price we paid" We assured...

The hotel is 2 minute walk to the Alhambra. They offer guide service to to the Alhambra for the day and night light show times. It is a challenge to drive too and parking is taken care of by the staff. Buses run very often into town since the hotel is on the upper hill side its an easy walk...

We visited this hotel for two days in the last week of May. The location of the hotel, the rooms, and the view over the city are excellent. But there are many aspects to the hotel that only merit a three star rating, particularly when paying over 300 Euros a night. There is a nice terrace with fantastic views over...

Dear Guest, Thank you for your valuable comment. It is true that in high season with high occupancy the hotel is full and that sometimes it is difficult to attend all customers as we would like. But despite this, we express our apologies if during your stay the service was not what you expected. Clearly we had a bad day....

Had a great stay in this wonderful hotel very close to the Alhambra Palace. Although there is limited parking on site, our hire vehicle was parked by hotel staff for our two night stay at a cost of 15euros for each night. The hotel is situated over looking the town and we made good use of the local mini-bus that...

This was one of the best hotels on our trip. Just outside the Alhambra, it was an easy walk or mini bus ride up. The mini bus stop to the center of town was just across from the hotel. We recommend buying the 5-pack as you need the mini bus to get from here to either the center of town...

We spent 3 nights at the Alhambra Palace in a junior suite. The room was large and comfortable. the bathroom had double sinks and a large shower. The room had an expansive view of the City. The staff was extremely helpful starting with giving us precise and detailed driving instructions to find our way to the hotel. They also accommodated...

Decided to treat ourselves last week when we went to Granada to see the Alhambra Palace and booked into the Palace Hotel on the recommendation of a friend. Although it was stretching our budget we took the decision to do it as the location looked so good. Well are we glad we did. It was fabulous and the location is...

Location is obviously superb, up on the hill. Very easy walk to all parts of the Alhambra. Walk down into town (and back up) is more work but makes you earn your food :). Steps right by the hotel to walk down to the city are much more convenient than walking down along the road. Suite is magnificent in both...
