This is now our third stay here. Just follow the signs for the alhambra, avoiding its car park lane, and you arrive straight at the hotel which is right next door at the road end. Leave your car and find one of the porters who will park it at a nearby car park for you, 15 euros a night will...

The hotel itself is beautifully styled, as you would expect from the location. The room was a reasonable size, clean (bathroom looked quite recent), and the air-con worked well. Service at bars and breakfast within the hotel was swift and courteous. What lets this hotel down somewhat is the front-desk. We were checked in at the speed of light, no...

Dear Guest, First of all, we want to appreciate your valuable feedback which helps us to improve our service quality. We're glad you enjoyed the hotel and its services. Unfortunately your impression about our reception was negative Curiously, our reception is usually highly appreciated by our guests. Sometimes, especially on days of very high occupancy, we try to serve customers...

For the view, this place is great! But the rooms are old. It is very convienient to the Alhambra and a short walk down to town. I would stay here again but was expecting a nicer room for the price i paid. The gentleman manuel at the front desk was very helpful.

Dear guest, Thanks for your opinion. We are glad you enjoyed your stay. With respect to our rooms, we refer you that the design of this centenary hotel is one of its many oddities, and of course sometimes this surprises our customers. The current concept of hotel differs greatly from how were the hotels designed in 1910. However, rooms are...

This is a beautiful old hotel with unbeatable views and beautiful common areas. The rooms were very clean and the bathroom was very large with really pretty tile work. The staff, however, is surprisingly, terrible to guests. When I asked for an adapter for my computer cord, the front desk lady looked for an adapter and rolled her eyes when...

Dear Guest, Thanks for taking your time and help us to improve. We regret that the service offered was not what you expected. Fortunately, as it is reflected in most of the reviews from other guests, these deficiencies are not common. Rather, they are an exception, as the service is usually one of the most valued aspects. We look forward...

We splurged on this hotel, very close to the Alhambra, when we arrived we thought one of the female staff was quite curt and stiff and that was not a great welcome. We had specifically requested one bed before we booked but got 2 beds and she basically told us "what could we expect for the price we paid" We assured...

The hotel is 2 minute walk to the Alhambra. They offer guide service to to the Alhambra for the day and night light show times. It is a challenge to drive too and parking is taken care of by the staff. Buses run very often into town since the hotel is on the upper hill side its an easy walk...

We visited this hotel for two days in the last week of May. The location of the hotel, the rooms, and the view over the city are excellent. But there are many aspects to the hotel that only merit a three star rating, particularly when paying over 300 Euros a night. There is a nice terrace with fantastic views over...

Dear Guest, Thank you for your valuable comment. It is true that in high season with high occupancy the hotel is full and that sometimes it is difficult to attend all customers as we would like. But despite this, we express our apologies if during your stay the service was not what you expected. Clearly we had a bad day....

Had a great stay in this wonderful hotel very close to the Alhambra Palace. Although there is limited parking on site, our hire vehicle was parked by hotel staff for our two night stay at a cost of 15euros for each night. The hotel is situated over looking the town and we made good use of the local mini-bus that...

This was one of the best hotels on our trip. Just outside the Alhambra, it was an easy walk or mini bus ride up. The mini bus stop to the center of town was just across from the hotel. We recommend buying the 5-pack as you need the mini bus to get from here to either the center of town...
