Excellent stay here within walking distance (20 minutes) of the centre of Granada and the Cathedral. There is a bus stop within about 5 minutes to take you to the centre too. Huge rooms, great facilities, friendly staff and very clean hotel and rooms. Would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking to visit Granada and... More

We wanted somewhere to rest our heads whilst in Granada to see the Alhambra and was delighted to find this Granada city centre hotel with all its amenities at such a reasonable rate. Lovely spotless room, marvellous breakfast choices - only gripe was no tea / coffee making facilities in room. Close to A44 and with plenty of parking available... More

Hotel itself is situated in a beautiful part of town, just minutes from the river and some nice parks to take a stroll in. There is a Mercado Mas just a few blocks away to get some essentials if needed. Rooms are pretty standard and average. No huge complaints, but nothing stands out. The terrible part about this was the... More

Excellent first impressions! Reception/Lobby beautifully appointed, staff professional and polite. We were located a spacious and well equipped room on the 3rd floor, which came with quiet and efficient air con (much appreciated), fridge, large TV, safety deposit box, comfortable bed linen although the bed itself was extremely hard. Bright bathroom, excellent shower lots of thoughtful little touches. The whole... More

This hotel is in walking distance of the main part of town. Our room was not ready and the staff went out of their way to secure our luggage. The front desk staff avoided us when we returned and it was difficult to get them to communicate although their English was very good. Our room was very modern but had... More

The Saray Hotel is very unique. Great decor, modern room decor but the lobby is shades of Alhambra ! Within walking distance of the city restaurants and department stores. Free wifi, minibar and glass elevators.

This was a pleasant, friendly hotel. We had both a group dinner and breakfast as part of our stay with Insight Vacations. The food was ok, not very good or excellent. There is a small pool and deck area that we did not use. The room was nice, and the people at the front desk were friendly. I would call... More

The pool area was okay, but definitely not as beautiful as showcased by the photos, but more disappointing was the room. It could have used some updating as our bed was slanted, the furniture had marks and the floor was dirty. On the plus side, it was an easy walk to the city center and in a quiet area. At... More

This hotel was an extreme disappointment, and definitely taught us to do our deeper research and book in advance. We were staying in Sevilla and were ready to move on to Cordoba and Granada for several days. We ended up booking the Saray hotel as it was listed as 4 stars, looked fairly decent from the photos, and the idea... More
