Despite the fact that they said they had A/C it did not work in any room in the hotel except for the bar. Furniture and furnishings were very old. Despite it being way past check-in the rooms were not made up! Had to transfer to another hotel.

We stayed at Princesa Ana for a couple of nights in an organized school trip. This is obviously an old hotel with very formal and antique décor all around (except for remodeled bathrooms), going up the stairs to first or second floors you feel like you are trap in the 1940's - not a reason to complain, it is actually...

Stayed here for 2 nights in June 2016, booked because of its position near the Hospital opposite where my friend had an appointment. That, and the cheerful reception staff are the good points. Sadly, the rest of it does not fulfil my idea of a 4 star hotel. Our triple room was on the first floor - no lift to...

We stayed here for one night this summer. The hotel rooms have heavy décor, and the air-con was very poor. This has been a very hot summer, and having toured Andalucía, this hotel was the least temperature comfortable. The rooms have good, newly fitted bathrooms, but the decoration in the main rooms is heavy and tatty in places. It is...

First let me say I came to Spain on a school trip and had no idea what kind of hotels I would be staying in, so this surpassed my expectations. But it isn't anything special. The lobby is sort of cramped and we did have to carry our luggage up stairs to our room, although it wasn't that much of...

How they have starred this place? You'll leave the staircase on the 1st floor, no elevator in that section. Room ceiling is low. The window frosted glass. The bathroom door to the closet dayanıyor.tv does not take very old and channels. Stuffy and smells. Are you counting the steps in walking upstairs. In short, sucks ...

This was my second stay at Princesa Ana. The decor is respectable rather than exciting BUT, the staff are extremely friendly and helpful (even when you return from a wedding at 4am...), the rooms are cleaned daily and comfortable, bathrooms more than adequate and pleasant to use, and there is a bar/breakfast room. Buses outside the hotel run regularly into...

This hotel is relying on its past reputation. It is tired, has very few facilities and the furniture is old , the carpets not very clean. There are no gym, swimming pool or sauna. The Staff however are fabulous. I stayed here with a client as we were visiting the hospital opposite. As far as I can see the only reason...

Am not sure what rates this as a 4* hotel. BUT the reception staff were brilliant, we were staying there while visiting someone in the hospital opposite, so weren't sure how long we would be there, the staff managed to accommodate us over the busy Easter week without previous bookings. The room was adequate cleaned every day, I did ask...

This is an excellent hotel in Granada, though a little far from the city center. Euro 6 required to go to the Plaza Nueva. The rooms of the hotel are clean, well decorated and comfortable. The bathroom is very spacious. Breakfast is sufficient. The staffs are well behaved and very friendly. Though there are very few restaurants around the hotel...
