Casa del Aljarife is perfectly located in the old quarter, Albayzin, very close to the main square, Plaza Nueva. Everything you want to see and do is just a few minutes walk from the house. The B&B is tucked away in a quiet backstreet and finding it might pose a bit of a challenge, but Damien, our host, was happy...

Granada and the Alhambra are wonderful places and the Casa del Aljarife matches them. Just a beautiful old house, lovingly renovated and the owners Damian and his wife are just great. The perfect hosts, so friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble for them. The rooms are lovely and face the Alhambra which when lit up at night is...

Everything was superb! The hospitallity and generosity with everything was fantastic. They were helpfull with tickets, parkingplace, restaurangs and other things we asked for. Just asked them and they will fix it. The location of the hotel in Albaicin is one of a kind. You have to see it too understand what a great place this is.

A very desirable place to stay in the middle of the old quarters of Granada, Albayzin, with a spectacular view of the Alhambra. You will be guided to it when you arrive. And you can then spend time to get lost in the winding, narrow, old, lanes of the area. -This is a 400 year old house, and the architecture...

Although classed as a hotel, this place is more like a Pension. Before we left Australia for our Europe trip, any time we had queries, we always received an email. After we arrived in Europe, same thing. Host changed from father to son. Our host, Damian, was fantastic! He sent an email to us to say to coontact him when...

We stayed at Casa del Aljarife for two nights in October 2016. The place is just perfect. The host Damian was very welcoming and sat with us in his beautiful courtyard and spent time time giving us tailored recommendations for our stay. The three of us had the large family room and it was spectacular. Consideration to detail, high quality...

My husband and I enjoyed a 3-night stay at Casa del Aljarife last week, and I can’t say enough great things about our experience! The location couldn't be better -- it's in the heart of the most historic district and within walking distance to literally everything. Damien who runs the hotel was extremely helpful and went above-and-beyond in all ways....

Casa del Aljarife was exactly what we were looking for in Granada, great location, beautiful décor, comfortable and charming rooms with views of the Alhambra and most importantly friendly and personalized attention. Damian was a most graceful host and his recommendations were on point. Every time we arrived at la Casa from exploring the city we felt like we were...

Charming and authentic small hotel in the 'Albayzín'. Very friendly and helpful young couple is running the hotel. We loved our stay with a family with 3 kids! It's peaceful and quiet. The owners are real Granada experts and gave our stay in this beautiful city an extra dimension.

My first stay in Granada and I couldn't have chosen a nicer place to stay. Very well located - right in the hear of the Albaicin. Traditional Albaicin building with lots of character. My room on the top floor had fantastic views of the Alhambra and a huge bathroom. Breakfast was served in a nice room overlooking the central courtyard....
