    It is open this week to sit up there but we were told that the cafe isn't open until the summer. Can still take your own food and drink up there.

    They can store your luggage after checkout. We were given that offer when we were checking out, but did not need it. Unknown on how long they will hold it or how big of an area they have to store luggage. Hope this helps out.
