Recently stayed at Casa Morisca and absolutely adored it! Lovely rooms set in an old picturesque house built around a typical Andalusian patio, complete with a fountain in the courtyard! It is located in the old part of Albayzin, right across from the Alhambra and steps away from Paseo de los Tristes with its outdoor cafés and restaurants. Also walking...

This is a lovely little hotel, only 15 minutes walk (uphill) from the Alhambra. It was so nice to turn off the busy main drag up to the hotel, knowing that peace and tranquility was just up the road. Rooms are arranged around a traditional courtyard and are well equipped and comfortable. The staff are helpful and pleasant. Breakfast is...

We loved our room (no 15) at the original Moorish home that is Casa Morisca and I struggled to keep my eyes open to keep looking at the wonderful view of the lit-up Al Hambra as the bed was so comfortable. Every detail had been thought of in the room and the reception staff were charming and most helpful. We...

If you want to experience & stay in a 'house' used during the Moors, you'll love Hotel Casa Morisca. We enjoyed wine in their wisteria-covered patio. The breakfast in the cellar was unique & the staff was very nice & accommodating. The rooms are small but very modern. This hotel is in the old town, walking distance to shops &...

Did I mention location. Great spot for a Hotel, out of the way but close to the Alhambra. We stayed two nights in room 3. Very very nice. Comfortable, clean, secure ( safe in room and staff secured front door) fine 800 thread sheets. I was surprised at the softness of the towels. Very quite room. The only thing less...

From the moment of arrival into the tranquil courtyard with its softly lapping water and the tiered balconies that look down like a Shakespearian theatre, it is like stepping back in time. If you are tired of corporate hotels and want a taste of Old Granada then this hotel is for you. Based around the open courtyard the rooms are...

This is a beautiful hotel -original architecture is from the 14th century! The decor is fabulous with Persian rugs, wood work, etc. Our room and beds were very comfortable. It is in a great location right across the river from the Alhambra and very near the Mirador de San Nicholas, Plaza Nueva, and the Albayzin. Excellent breakfast buffet (12 euros...

This is a beautiful old house, lovingly restored, and perfect for the Alhambra. We had a friendly and most helpful welcome. If coming by car download the driving instructions with photographic guides. Very useful. Would highly recommend this delightful place.

I was a little sad to leave this little quaint 16th century hotel. The service staff were always cheerful and smiling, our room was clean and very unique. I liked the quiet and peaceful ambience that the hotel offered. The location is very good as there were lots of cafes and restaurants to eat at. And the walls of Alhambra...
