We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights while visiting the Alhambra. It far exceeded our expectations. The room was spacious and clean and well appointed. They provided bottled water in the room. The staff could not have been nicer or more helpful. We enjoyed the complimentary tea in the afternoon. We also paid for breakfast in the morning and...

Great location, great staff, wonderful breakfast, thoroughly enjoyable experience. Complimentary afternoon tea, very good recommendations for restaurants and things to see and do. No hesitation in returning next time we visit Granada.

We stayed for one night on our silver wedding anniversary in one of their top rooms, a Grand Deluxe Suite. The room was huge, with a separate lounge and a very large bathroom with a large jacuzzi. The bedroom had a very comfortable bed, another lounge area and a table and chairs. The only problem we had was their were...

Very nice hotel, clean and well appointed. Free water in the room and afternoon tea was a nice touch. Breakfast also very good. Of particular note is the customer service as nothing was too much trouble. We managed to leave our passports in the room safe and the hotel called to assist by having a courier deliver them the next...

We got an excellent off-season rate and were then upgraded when we arrived. Beautiful rooms, wonderful breakfast, charming lobby and welcoming receptionists. Highly recommend. This is located within easy walking distance of all sites and restaurants and tapas bars.

This hotel is so close to Plaza Nueva and all the public transport to get you wherever you want, plus close to lively bars, shops and restaurants. Room was on an upper floor overlooking courtyard. Small but comfortable room. Good bed. Staff were helping in pre- booking Alhambra tickets for us weeks before we arrived. Also provided answers to queries...

What a pretty little place to stay in Granada. In a great location, with very helpful staff and free afternoon tea served daily! Close to the Alhambra, in the quaint Albaicin district, Casa 1800 is well appointed, clean and a great base for exploring beautiful Granada.

This was a lovely hotel in Granada. Restaurant in hotel was fantastic, staff, concierge, etc. were very attentive and interested in making sure guests were completely taken care of throughout their stay. We went as a family of four, slightly unexpectedly, I think teens would be fine there, but I don't recall any connecting rooms, etc. if wanting to stay...

The reception staff was the friendliest we encountered during our vacation. Took time to notate restaurants and sights on the map. We had rooms 9 and 10, good sizes, windows looking outwards (but not much to see from those angles). One had a queen size, the other a king size bed. Smallish bathrooms but modern amenities. Nice touches - free...

We booked a Junior Suite here because we had seen the Casa 1800 hotel in Seville which was very pretty. When we checked in, we were immediately struck by the fact that the public spaces in this hotel were not of the same standard as their Seville hotel. The courtyard where breakfast is served is average - uncomfortably (squinting) bright...

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
Hotel Casa 1800 Granada is a charming hotel located in a fully restored XVII century historical building, the building is known as Casa de los Migueletes and served as the headquarters of the militia at the time. The hotel is decorated with chandeliers, frescos, cupolas and luxurious furnishings, always in keeping with the noble wood of the building whilst highlighting the Classicist and Mudejar elements of the original house. The rooms are elegant and cozy, some enjoy views of the Alhambra, inner courtyards, coffered ceilings and offer all kinds of amenities. The House is organised around a central courtyard where each morning breakfast is served and in the afternoon tea is offered to the hotel guests, who are treated to a family atmosphere and making the stay special and unforgettable. The charming hotel has a privileged location in the centre of Granada between the magical Albaicin and at the foot of the Alhambra.
