Not good enought for a 4 stars hotel. Toilets were not all the clean they must be, and no complimentary staff for daily cleanliness. Not far from the city center, you can go in a walk. Only if you not find another.

I stayed there for two nights, the hotel's free wifi was the worst i have ever seen. Location was okay, not great, good 25 minutes walk to the center, iam sure if look around i could have found a better deal in the same price, would not recommend this hotel.

The Vincci is close to the central streets of beautiful Granada. A lovely shaded walkway is on this street with many cafes, bars for tapas, plenty of eating options a stroll away. A department store within 50 metres. The rooms were very noisy & light duty to street lighting. The wifi was intermittent & slow when available. The food was... More

Granada is a very beautiful city and I recommend the little sightseeing train which takes you around the town (8 euros or 12 euros for 2 days). Free tapas is given away with drinks in most bars and one night we did not need to buy a meal as the tapas was enough. My friend and I have just returned... More

Hotel is quite a long way from the Alhambra but very good for the train station. It was an old-fashioned hotel - a bit like stepping back in time. I probably would not choose to stay here again, but it was ok

This was our first trip to Granada so we really didn't know what to expect. On the plus side the hotel is very conveniently situated on the route of the airport bus (get off at the first stop outside Hotel Abba - cost 3 euros each). The hotel faces a large green area and our first impression of the exterior... More

Of all the hotels we have stayed in around the world this is one is very missed represented. The check desk was rude and continued during our first day. No pool as advertised not four star more two. Wifi slower than camel dung drying in the supposed pool. Would not advise anyone to believe the spiel put out by the... More

Stayed for one night courtesy of Airbnb, after a host cancelled my booking. The reception staff pretended they had never heard of Airbnb, very snooty attitude. The reception is flashy and shiny, just a shame that the rooms are small and crammed with beds that are too large for them. More like a three star than four. Just glad I... More

As previous people have said this is not a four star hotel maybe a 3 star but it is clean and functional and really good value for money it's not in the best location but if you don't mind a walk it's about 10 mins from the centre. Alhambra is about 30 minute walk up some steep hills but taxi... More
