The hotel is a charming place, in the tourist Center of the city. The windows are not sound insulated and the air conditioning did not work, leaving us to keep the windows open but the street below is loud until late at night and early morning there are delivery trucks. When we asked about the air conditioning, we were told...

We stayed here in March ,it is a lovely hotel steeped in history. The breakfast was wonderful lots of selections. Can't say enough about the staff they were so helpful booking trips for us and giving advice . We would have liked a bigger room, but they all tend to be on the smaller side in Europe. It is in...

A beautifully restored Andalucian patio building in a great location in the Realejo district of Granada, within an easy walk of all the major sights. The rooms are very comfortable and spotless. Nuria on reception was very welcoming and a great source of information on Granada. Breakfast is a comprehensive buffet, with a state of the art coffee machine.

When booking at the hotel you receive a map of the neighbourhood with a preferred parking. It is actually very easy to find and very close to the hotel. Even if the parking is full, ask the man in the booth to open the gate as you are staying at the Hotel. Until there everything was great and smooth. The...

Just stayed 3 nights here, lovely hotel, staff excellent, rooms were lovely and clean. Don't be fooled by all the tapas bars in Calle Navas though, wander a little further and you will find some nicer places. Can recommend la botilleria, and chikito both slightly upmarket but the food in both was amazing. If your going to the Alhambra suggest...

Had a really lovely stay in the Palacio de Los Navas. This is a very classy 3 star hotel with wonderful decor. My room was beautiful- a joy to spend time in. Breakfast is typical for Spanish 3 stars, but still good and the staff worked hard to keep everything well stocked. Location is excellent, very central. Good tapas bar...

Me and my girlfriend stayed here for 1 night while visiting Granada. The hotel organised absolutely everything. From the taxi to bring us to the bus station. To our guided tour of Alhambra. We were really impressed at the service. Also the hotel was beautifully designed as for the room was perfect and comfy perfect price point.

Lovely double room in this ancient Palacio turned into a modern 3-star hotel. Comfy bed, large bathroom, harty breakfast, great position in the center, not far from the Alhambra. Too bad we could only stay one night!
