This little hotel has 4 rooms which are on different levels. It is a house that has been converted to a small hotel. It is more like a B and B than a traditional hotel. It sits high on the hill near the Alhambra in Granada and provides outstanding views from the rooms and the various patio decks. The owner...

When one gazes upon The Alhambra, A thousand magical images of Arabian Nights come to mind. To look out our window of this lovely hotel and once again see those same sights made us crave to stay here longer. Perfect room, perfect hotel, and perfect view.

Quiet residential area, close to the Alhambra with lovely views of the city, especially from the reception/seating area. Self-service at bar area added to the homely feel. A little too cold to sit out on the terrace unfortunately but I imagine this could be lovely at the right time of the year. Lorenzo very helpful and pleasant as was the...

If you are looking for a quite, comfortable place in Grenada and in walking distance of sites with an amazing view, this is the place for you. Make sure you ask for a room with a view and come the bed option that best suits your needs as I know some rooms have singles and others doubles. Owner is a...

We stayed here for a 3 night visit to Granada. The hotel is spotless, comfortable and in an amazing location. Our room had views towards the snow-capped peaks of the Sierra Nevada which was wonderful to see at sun-rise and sun-set. We did not meet the owner untl the day we left but Lorenzo was a most attentive and informative...

Wonderful service at a lovely hotel where we were treated like guests at a home. We had the top floor room - big with a stunning balcony view over Granada. Location cannot be beat however... be aware you are at the top of a steep hill - you will get a good thigh workout walking home! Google maps is deceiving...

This beautifully appointed Carmen made our visit to Granada my favourite place in Andalucia. We had the top room 'La Torre' with a private balcony overlooking the old town. Whilst it was quiet and peaceful with amazing views, it was also a short walk to the Alhambra and down to the old town and its cafes and restaurants. In other...

This hotel is centrally located and has a few restaurants within easy walking distance. The rooms are comfortable and clean. If you don't feel like walking to the restaurants then you can have dinner here which is very reasonable. Breakfast you have a wide range to choose from either hot or cold.

Stayed two nights at the Carmen and what a wonderful find! We had the top room with a private balcony and it was a truly special place to stay. Manuel and his team were helpful with directions and recommendations. Nothing was too much trouble. The room was truly lovely - better than staying in a bland 5 star hotel. The...

We really enjoyed our stay at this boutique hotel. We had the top room with private balcony which was absolutely breathtaking. The room was super clean and the bed was soooooo comfortable. Reminds me of a bed and breakfast but better. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to the Alhambra which was a plus because we had to...
