This hostel is located 10-15 min walk from the centre so that's an advantage. I guess you could say it has got character - it has got tiled walls and is family-run. However, there are many problems with this place that could ruin your stay. The rooms are tiny. At least ours was. It was more like a cupboard. There... More

If you could not put a star I wouldn't put one! This is the worst place I have EVER stayed at in my life. We asked for a double room, got 2 single beds. The toilet cistern had a constant loud drip, the shower barely worked, the so called free toiletries did not exist. The room needed restoration not decorating,... More

La Gloria is well located old antiquated building ..room was clean on the face of it but housekeeping and hospitality need a rude awakening. For starters ....mattress protectors not just that flimsy under sheet on the mattress, bleach clean the tacky bath/shower and fix broken shower holders, get bigger cisterns for toilets they don't meet your capacity..I witnessed receptionist laughing... Umm I stupidly chose to book 4 nights here ALONE in Seville to try and save money as it is indeed very cheap. The hall isn't TOO bad but the bedroom...oh my god. A peppermint green prison cell. It's just a disaster the whole place really. My room wasn't cleaned for the whole 4 days, you can hear absolutely everything,... More

We stayed for 2 nights for La feria de Sevilla. The prices were very high for the acomodations. The room is ok, has a sink, but only one output. The location is excellent. Some people of the staff are friendly, especially the blond girl at the reception(forgot her name). But the bathrooms... terrible! A pipe burst on my face while... More

When I first got to the pension I instantly thought 'get me out of here!' - I had just lugged 30+ kilos of luggage up steep stairs (no lift) and was greeted by staff who were neither very friendly nor spoke any English. Fine. The accomm is okay - rooms were small but adequate and bathroom was fine (but horrible... More

My boyfriend and I stayed in La Gloria for 3 nights. We booked a double room with private bath. The price is ok (we payed 45 euro's per night). The first night we slept in a small room (number 109) with a high window with no view at all (or you must count a white wall as a view :).... More

My boyfriend and I stayed here for three nights, and loved it! It was his favorite place we stayed during our 2 weeks in Spain. There's beautiful tilework throughout the interior, and a great rooftop terrace, with a nice view of Seville. This place is basic, so don't stay here if you want to be pampered. There are no elevators,... More
