The hotel is clean and the staff is very friendly. The location is excellent and walking the the Cathedral area is less than 5 minutes. Breakfast is plentiful and with a good variety, although not necessarily included in the price of the room. Sometimes the hot water was only lukewarm, but was nevertheless warm enough to shower comfortably. There are...

A very nice and very clean hotel , found the staff to be very helpful. The hotel lacked a bit of soul but perhaps that was just the time of year we visited and to be fair we did not spend much time inside.

The hotel feels and looks very nice however when we arrived in our room we were in a double bed after requesting twin beds. I don't think we would have complained as it was a large double bed however there was no hot water, so we were moved to an inferior room as they could not fix the water problem,...

We were a group of 11 staying for the weekend in Seville and were absolutely delighted that the hotel is right in the centre of the old city making it so easy to get to everything pretty much on foot. The rooms were all really good, I was in room 101 which is really big and has a decent size...

We booked this hotel for a long weekend and had the most amazing experience! We were extremely lucky because the hotel gave us a free upgrade to a superior suite (room 207), presumably because it was off-season and the hotel was fairly quiet. The room was spectacular with the old wooden ceiling from the palace maintained and a spectacular stained...

What a mess. Dont stay in a room with a 9 or an 8 at the end of it unless you want to be awake all night next to a noisy lift shaft. Dont buy the breakfast option.... dreadful.... its where they train the faulty towers staff. Had to have three new room keys in five nights as kept getting...

We had a 3 night break at this hotel and could not have found a more perfect spot. the interior is lovely and we found the staff very accommodating and helpful. We had a some rain so couldn't use the roof top much but did use it one evening and an afternoon and found it a lovely spot to just...

If you're smart you'll take a cab! We rented a car from the airport and this place is really hard to get to but once you find it you will have no regrets. It is beautifully decorated, super clean and modern on the inside. Don't miss the rooftop patio once the sun goes down. This will be the best view...

It's best if you take a cab from the airport/train station rather than try to drive. The charm in this area of Seville is that the streets are barely wide enough for pedestrians let alone a car and the streets are rarely identified. But it is worth making the trek to this hotel for its location. All the Seville attractions...

Great location , helpful staff, nice big room. Should make more use of the roof terrace by adding some music and creating some atmosphere. Shower awkward if didn't want to wet your hair. However, would definitely recommend and return.
