When we arrived at the hotel in the evening, they gave us a room with no window... To be more specific, the window was next to the door and was opening in the lobby...useless. We asked for another room but they said they are fully...More
I traveled to Sevilla to visit my daughter studying there this semester; she actually found this lovely hotel for me. It was exactly what I was hoping for: a great location in a non-touristy feeling neighborhood, a bigger room than I was expecting with a...More
Excellent little hotel. Fantastic location. Great breakfast for 1 euro extra. Quiet and peaceful Street. Extremely economical. Very attentive. Got an upgrade. Recommended for a nice short break or longer. Tea, coffee and pastries all day long. Nice little patio room to chill out.
We were here as a family of 4 in a shared room. Their front desk staff is attentive and helpful with great advice for tourists. Breakfast was reasonable and had an excellent variety- a great value. By American standards, the room was not very big,...More
This place is classified as a 2 star hostel, but feels like a hotel. It is situated in the historic old town of Seville, and being in an old building has character, but quite small rooms.
Nevertheless, it squeezes in a minibar, television, air conditioning...More

The rooms we occupied (a single and a double) were on the first floor, ranged around a central lobby and looking down to an internal courtyard at ground floor level. Neither room had a patio or balcony fronting onto the outside street. As mentioned in my post, we considered this a huge advantage!
I've just checked the hotel website for you and I notice that the virtual tour shows a family room with a balcony, though it's not clear if this is external or overlooks the courtyard. If this is really important to you, it might be best to contact the hotel to clarify the situation. The Abril is a small hotel (20 rooms, I think) and is booked up very quickly, so the earlier you can secure the room you want, the better.
Sorry I can't be of more help to you. I hope that you will have a wonderful trip to Seville.
