We really like the hotel. Staff was very courteous and knowlegeable. Specially Carmen was very helpful.It was also very much in centre. We could walk down to all the main areas and also very near for shopping. Will definitely stay next time

November visit
We stayed here in November having stayed previously in 2018. The quality of the hotel and the staff was again excellent. Location is terrific in triana and a short walk to the centre of Seville. When we come back to Seville we will stay here again and I would highly recommend this hotel.

As we approached this hotel I was a little worried, you enter down a lane, but once you arrive in the lobby it is lovely. Sandra was on reception and was very friendly and really welcoming. I was very pleased with the room, it was spacious and spotless. We only stayed here for one night. The roof top bar and pool area was really nice. We were there the last day before it closed for the season. The bar staff were really helpful and very nice. The hotel is on the opposite side of the river from the old town but the location is very good we could walk everywhere. There are a lot of nice restaurants very close to the hotel. We left early in the morning so didn't have breakfast

Excellent hotel
Great hotel in an excellent location. 15 mins walk from the old town, a lovely route over the Triana bridge. Loads of bars and restaurants around. The hotel was clean, bright rooms ans an amazing rood top bar. The only thing i would say is the reception staff could have been a bit friendlier.

Clean, comfortable and friendly staff
The hotel is walking distance to everything and in front of a hop on/hop off bus stop. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The amenities were very good. Would definitely stay here again.

Hi. Is your pool open now? I am thinking about traveling to Sevilla 19 Mayo de 22 de Mayo but only if the pool is available and there is chance to sun bathe. Gracias

hi, anyone know when the outdoor pool is open? Is it open beginning of April? thanks
There are lots of local restaurants nearby. The receptionist gave us a few recommendations which were excellent. We were in a standard room and it was ideal. You are a few minutes walk over the bridge to the other side of the river

Can you get a bus as well as a taxi from the airport to the hotel? And what is the cost for each?
We took a taxi and it wasn’t expensive plus the zenit hotel is across the river in triana but a great location. Speak to the reception about local restaurants and have a look at some of my reviews Tony

How close to the airport is the Zen?
It takes about 20 min by taxi depending on traffic and cost about 20 - 25 Euros again depends on luggage and number of people. There are buses to city but if you have kids it is difficult to move with them. good luck
