The hotel lobby and public areas definitely seemed to be trying really hard (way too much) to be cool/trendy. That aside, the hotel was pretty nice. There was a laptop in the room with free wifi to use, which I think anyone would appreciate. The bed however was just okay, nothing you would be raving about the next morning. Overall,...

We stayed in this hotel for two nights in May 2010. It was the most expensive of the hotels we stayed in during our Spain trip (Hotel Atlantico in Madrid and Hotel U232 in Barcelona), but its quality did not measure up to the other hotels. We were in Room 05 on the ground floor. The hotel touts itself as...

Good points Location, location, location. Free Wifi and laptop in room Clean and neat enough Bad points Poor breakfast first day which improved when man in charge was replaced by a lady. More fresh fruit is needed at this level. Hard bed (not unique, mind you) One chair in a room for two and that a straight backed one. They...

We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights. - The hotel is located in the incredibly atmospheric barrio of Santa Cruz. It is a great base for exploring Seville. The only problem with the location is that Santa Cruz is a bit of a maze causing the hotel to be incredibly difficult to find - not only upon arrival, but...

Lovely out of the way hotel. We stayed on the ground floor. A bit noisy from the lobby area and street. Very hard to find, don't book here if you can´t find your way around the winding old streets. They can get confusing! I personally enjoyed the challenge of finding different ways to the hotel. Dining room for breakfast only....

I stayed here during Holy Week, the craziest time of the year in Seville. I spent 2.5 hours wandering the streets trying to find this hotel. It's really hard to find, not labeled well from the outside. I figured for $200 a night, they would help me carry my heavy bag to my room- no one offered. Also, they offered...

This hotel was a great business hotel. It was clean and had a chic boutique hotel feel to it. It was easy to walk from the hotel to local attractions, and the daily breakfast was very good. The best part was the laptop that came with my room!

Pluses: Location, cleanliness, laptop / internet access in room (nice touch) Minuses: Aircon "is not on in winter" (its late March and mid 20s outside - the room is WARM), hard beds (some may like, I do. The other half hates), the noise (if you have a room with windows on the street it WILL be noisy especially rm 115...

This is the first time I have ever complained about a hotel on one of these sites. Normally, I'd not be bothered but the service here was so bad, the stream of complaining people at reception so constant and the reviews here so out of kilter with reality that I thought it would be worth it The location's great but...
