What an amazing place to stay. Having read the previous reviews we made the decision to go off the beaten track. We are so glad we did. Alan and Jose were great hosts. Our stay was very relaxing. We had a great view of the pre Pyrennes. We enjoyed breakfast a couple of times as we were self sufficient for...

We arrived for one night en route to Eastern Spain. The weather was awful but the warmth of the welcome by Alan and care taken to ensure we were comfortable was exceptional. In the morning we awoke to more torrential rain and to find that two umbrellas had been left by the front door of the apartment - extremely thoughtful....

I have stayed in excellent hotels all over the world, many of them 5 star. The accommodation at this one was as good as it gets, regardless of price! And this was very reasonable. Very little in the way of hotel services, as everything seems to be done personally by Jose and his Romanian assistant Nico. All the food in...

We stayed for one night on our way home through Spain and France. It was quite out of our way but so worth it. The rooms were spotlessly clean and airy, the views fantastic and the food sublime. It was nice to have a kitchen too to make a cup of tea in the morning. Jose was a perfect host,...

We have stayed here several times en route from France to Spain and vice versa. Brilliant location near to Huesca and the motorway system and easy access from the crossings over the Pyrenees. Why stay in a chain hotel when you can have a perfectly heavenly spot instead. Beautiful location, fab views, lovely hosts and great food. Need I say...

We booked five nights here as a wind-down preceding a visit to Barcelona, and a drive back through France. How perfect it is, with breath taking views, light airy and immaculately clean accommodation. We found top notch furnishings and bathrooms and delicious food and wine. Our hosts have been extremely welcoming and helpful. It's off the main tourist route of...

Stayed one night in this remote place. The room was very good, bathroom excellent and evening meal first rate. It is well situated not too far from Huesca so fitted in well with our travel plans from France to the Spanish coast. Well done to the owners to try to make such an outstanding location. (One slight problem for me...

I stayed for a long week end in this rural Hotel and it was absolutely fantastic! The warmth and hospitality of the owners is beyond words. They were so friendly and helpful in every way that it makes you want to go back and repeat the whole experience again. The views you get from any of the rooms is spectacular...

The experience of staying here was utterly memorable, and for all the right reasons. Perfectly kitted out and spacious bedroom, absolutely spectacular views of the Riglos from the terrace and with the heady scent of lavender, charming host in Jose, and the most excellent evening dinner made from all home grown produce. In fact the tomato soup was 'off the...

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
Santa eulalia de Gállego - a little Aragonese village perched on the terraces and hills surrounding the river Gállego where it cuts dramatically through the towering cliffs of the pyrenean foothills. ...Alén d´Aragón - a small and unique rural hotel, like a hamlet at the edge of the village, nestled among almonds, olives and holm oaks where you will find peace, a friendly welcome and a perfect base to discover....We have developed the idea of a “hotel village” to fit the Aragonese setting; various small buildings with nooks and corners, just like a hamlet in the Pyrenean foothills.
