We had a room with views of el Pilar which was spectacular at night when floodlit. Comfortable hotel with really helpful and friendly staff on the front desk. English was spoken perfectly. Its a bit frayed around the edges but for location and price its a winner. Parking in the underground car park is expensive and challenging. Changes to the...

Just across the street from the festivities, fronting the Tram, by the Ebrow River, cannot be more central. It had everything we needed. The staff was alert and helpful. Walking distance to the Tubo (old section with all the tapas and wines) the churches and museums.

Room was very large and clean. Location wasn't in a great neighborhood but so close to the sights that it is well worth it. Staff was helpful. We will certainly use them again mainly because they accept dogs.

Spent a night here en route to San Sebastian and to be honest did not expect much. To the contray this hotel is spotless, great value and in an ideal position for sightseeing in the historical/best part of the city.

3.5 euro per small bottle of still water is quite expensive. it is not Maldivian/Seychelles resort to offer the water for that price. All other thing is super: location, rooms, breakfast, wi-fi. I advise to buy water in advance in nearby area because there's no one shop working in the evening.

I really liked this spacious room. It felt a little like a college dormitory room with its nice big desk and the wall behind covered in local artwork. It also had a long bench to open my suitcase on. The windows were large and looked down (I believe I was on the 5th floor) on ancient roman ruins and then...

This hotel is slap bang in the middle of an industrial estate and though you might think it strange for a 4* to be in that area is is quite central for business travellers. A very smiley receptionist greeted us and made us feel very welcome. The room was superb, Had an evening meal which was good value for money,...

Located a 3 minute walk from the man tourist area the hotel is typical of a chain - lack a bit of personality. However, rooms were a good size, clean and everything worked. Breakfast was reasonable value. Parking is available in the basement.

Great hotel, much nicer inside than outside. Rooms large airy and comfortable with Nespresso machine in the room. Very handy for everything in Zaragoza. Didn't have breakfast as it is available across the road. Free parking 5 minutes away across the river. Staff on desk really helpful.

All NH hotels that I have visited up to now have good standards. This one is not the best, as it is a 3 stars, but the location is excellent, perfect, to visit El Pilar and the "tapas" area of Zaragoza. The rooms are a bit weary, but very clean and comfortable. The staff is very kind, calm and responsive....
