I found the staff excellent and very helpful. The hotel is very attractive the rooms are spacious and well furnished. Parking is easy for a city centre hotel. There is a good restaurant with the hotel in addition there is a good selection of restaurants close by.

First visit to Zaragosa, and very impressed with city and this hotel just outside the historic district and near main Plaza Espana, so walking distance to most historic sites, restaurants,Tapas Bars (not a big fan of Tapas but key area for that is also walking distance). The hotel is in an old historic building but renovated so rooms are spacious,... More

Overall this was a very nice hotel with a modern style. It is located just at the edge of the city centre with a 5 minute walk to the central cathedral. The room was decent size and very clean. Only downside was the intermittent wifi. The breakfast was very good with a large selection but quite expensive.

I have been at this hotel a few times only for one night. This time I stayed for 3 nights. Staff efficient and friendly. Reception area very smart. A good start. Room was clean and serviceable. Did not like the single beds put together. Looked like a double bit was not. Prefer to spread out in a double. Breakfast was... More

Hotel selected by our tour. Staff was not friendly. Breakfast was the worst of any of several hotels we stayed in thru Portugal and Spain. Terrible organization of the breakfast area resulting in lines and confusion. Noisy room. Would never choose this hotel.

This was our second hotel in the city this week. Clean comfortable rooms with all the amenities one would expect. Centrally located on one of the main thoroughfares in the city. Surprisingly quiet but we did have a rear facing room. Again ideal for those persons not intending to spend a great deal of time in the hotel. Could not... More

Safe, on site parking; friendly, helpful staff, impeccably clean rooms and a good breakfast. Add to this a great central location and you have an ideal choice for a base in Zaragoza. My wife's only complaint was that only instant decaf coffee was on offer for breakfast. Other than that, we really liked it.

The lack of carpeting in the room sets the tone of operation-- modern and antisceptic overlooking the railroad tracks. Clean and without much in the way of charm or amenities-- a nother example of the Silken chain.

This hotel is located pretty much in the heart of things. It was a two minute walk to the night life and wonderful tapa bars. The room was big enough for 3 of us and the bathroom was huge. The room had a small fridge and free wifi. The hotel seemed to be pretty insulated as noise did not keep... More
