We stayed one night on our way to Monasterio de Piedra. We got upgraded when we got a twin room when we had requested a double.Had all what you would expect for the standard of this hotel and the price. Staff pleasant and we would recommend.

Stayed recently on a business trip....great location, clean, staff friendly and helpful. Did not think the breakfast was great for a 5star but overall i would recommend this hotel, i thought valet parking was a nice extra!

I am not questioning how people who stayed here rated this 5 star. I stayed in this hotel for about 5 days and then another 6 days on a business trip from US. Not a 5 star Hotel for sure. Nobody even in the front door to help u with parking or luggage, but only in reception. Very good location...

This is a great property in Zaragosa. The rooms were large and spacious and had all the basics for a great stay. The staff were extremely friendly. The hotel was also very clean and the service was very efficient. If there were any negatives it was that the restaurant was closed (had good ratings) and that the bar service staff...

Not a bad location, but not exactly center city. Room was good, a little tired but would stay here again. The front desk people were very nice and made our stay extra nice. Nice bar area too and we had a glass of wine before dinner. The room was fine, nothing really special but did the trick.

This is one of the most conveniently located hotel in Zaragoza. Spacious and clean rooms with all comforts. It's quite, no problem for sleeping at night. Breakfast is fantastic with all you can desire and more. Service is good and employees are friendly and always smiling. Even the bill is really good for a 5 stars hotel. Gym anyway can...

We booked the Palafox mainly on its location, as we sometimes prefer to sacrifice star rating for a central city setting. However, we saw that it had been classified as a 5 star and that there was a offer for the room rate, so best all round we thought. To echo other reviewers' comments, there's nothing really wrong with the...

I fully agree with the reference of Lacheles. They really refurbished some of the rooms but nevertheless they do not correspond to 5-star requirements. But what outraged us during the stay was the staff attitude towards the guests. It was January and evidently not their hot season. Very few employees spoke rudiment English (don't forget we are talking about a...

I am a frequent visitor to this hotel. The last visit reflected the deteriorating economicsituation in Spain. New, young and inexperienced staff, less understanding of English, small screw-ups, not as good TV channel selection. Still clean rooms and management tries hard.
