Old hotel well located in the city centre. The best, besides location, is the service: attentive and friendly. But rooms and bathrooms are quite old, lifts are from last century and breakfast is clearly lacking a revision. Quality/price was ok, but this hotel has four stars and this is an overstatement for sure.

Four of my family were there for just one evening, a night, and morning, having flown into Zaragoza airport and hired a car at the rail station. Hotel Goya turned out to be an ideal choice in the city centre, so an easy short trip from the rail station. One great advantage we found immediately was that it has a...

located in the center of the city and just minutes away from "El Pîlar" church this old fashion hotel its perfectly located for any tourist or businessperson. Parking space is available on the premises. Rooms are kind of old fashioned in they decor. However the Goya´s pictures based murals (see photos) give the room some special flavor. An attractive item...

My regular hotel (Alfonso) was fully booked so I tried this one thinking it is city centre like Alfonso and also four star. When I entered I felt like I'm in the 1980s. The lobby is very dark, dated decor and not a single soul. The receptionist came out of the back office but ignored me for a few more...

Great location for a quick visit to the city. Underground parking nearby at a discounted rate. The hotel is walking distance to numerous cafes and restaurants. 10 minutes walk to the magnificent Basilica. The hotel is old and dark, kinda of funky with the various paintings and full wall murals behind the bed. The room was spacious and clean. The...

Hotel Goya has a central and convenient location. Close to the shops, restaurants and some attractions. A supermarket is in front of the hotel. Room and bathroom are basic, clean and need updating. Rooms facing the street need soundproofing as well. As it can be noisy even after midnight due to a nearby bar or people walking past the hotel.

The Goya may look a bit 'tired' but it is so central and easy that one overlooks its 1970/80s feel. The front desk staff were amazingly helpful (special not to Alfonso for his help today). The rooms are cleans and spacious and the bed very comfortable. We are here for one night on a road trip, so perfect for us....

The representation of the hotel online did not match the reality. The hotel is very central and in a good location but be prepared as it is not the 4 star hotel depicted on the various websites I reviewed prior to booking. The hotel totally lacks atmosphere. When we arrived we seemed to be the only people in the place...

Hotel Goya is clean, reasonably priced and right near the centre. If you have a car, parking is available for 16 euros. Rooms are a good size. If you can't get a leg up to get into the shower which is part of the bathtub, this may not be for you! Amenities include a comb, shoe shine, soap, shower gel...
