Room was confortable with a cozy little balcony with a nice view of the sorrounding buildings. We spent three nights. You can walk Guggenheim and Museo de Bellas Artes while enjoying pintxos and wine.

Great hotel, not the cheapest in Bilbao by a long shot but well worth it, if your going to spend some time away from home do it in luxury at least once a year. Large opulent rooms over looking the streets of Bilbao. Great location, easy to get to, airport bus stop outside if you want to use it, taxi...

First time in Bilbao and only said for one night , but the Carlton was very nice. It was a little more traditional, classic hotel not your new wave modern. Beds were super comfortable and everything was clean and upscale.

The location is ideal as it's right in the centre of Bilbao. If you're going for business it will be handy. Clean and big room. It is not expensive if you book in advance. The staff are very friendly. Didn't try breakfast as Bilbao is full of cafes which will be better value for your money

Very convenient location on Plaza Moyua and a short walk from anywhere you would want to go in the city. The airport bus stops very near to the hotel's front entrance. The staff...

Gorgeous hotel and perfect location. Arrived by car and got a bit confused on where to park the car to check in since it is not very clear if one can drive the car over what it seemed to be a sidewalk. But I drove around and went to their garage located on the side of the building and from...

We stayed here for a couple of nights but wish we had booked for longer. This is an old style hotel right at the central square, shops all around it, taxi rank adjacent, 10 minutes walking to the old town centre, subway station adjacent and no shortage of bars and restaurants within walking distance. Despite overlooking the square we had...
