Good rooms, service could be better

We stayed here and the location was great. Very easy to get around the city. However, the hotel didn't have much of an atmosphere. The check in staff was friendly but, the lady evidently had a cold and was sneezing everywhere. The TV in the room is very small, definitely smaller…

Very comfortable

Welcoming staff and efficient check in. Good position. You may need help to find the car park entrance but they will accompany you. Car park €18 per day but very secure. Comfortable room, very clean and lovely linen. Very good for central city hotel. Easy walk to Guggenheim.

We stayed for one night and found the location very handy the rooms are clean and the beds comfortable and the car park is a must because car parking in Bilbao is a nightmare we would stay in the hotel again

Hi, this review says that the bathroom has see-through panels. I will be travelling with a friend. Can you actually see into the bathroom through the glass panel? Thanks, Nicola

Can I check in late, my flight does not arrive until 22:30

I would contact hotel directly, if there web site hasn't got the answer. They were extremely helpful at reception and I'm sure a quick phone call would sort your needs. Staff were all multi lingual.

I will be staying one night on Thursday, going to Logrono on Friday and Haro on Saturday, and coming back to the hotel on Sunday morning. Would it be okay for me to leave some luggage in the hotel for 2 days? Also, what will be the best way for me to collect my rental car from Avis (Doctor Areilza)? Is there a shuttle, and if not how much would a taxi cost? Thanks everyone!

Don't know about Christmas. You park outside, check in and then drive around the corner to the car park entrance. You access the hotel by using the lift from the car park

Is there much noise from the casino, as I do not understand if it is in the same building?

Absolutely no noise. The casino is next door. We were on the street side and heard nothing.
