The room 201 is to the street. The windows are not closed properly and it feels like the cars are driving through your room. Could hardly sleep even with ear plugs. The room is moist and cold. Small tv with very few channels. Breakfast a joke. Only positive things is the shower! Hot and water enough.

Simple hotel in downtown Bilbao. Good location to explore the city at an affordable price. The room was small but clean although very dark. Also on the positive side was the quietness of the room at night.

I have had a terrible experience at this hotel that it is more a cheap tired and dodgy hole in a really awful area of the town. I was charged for the parking space after being told it was free at the check in. Then I was called a liar by the manager of the hotel. Rude and unprofessional staff,...

This guy wanted to use our parking free and made up it was included (that somebody had told him so, lie after lie). Since the beginning he was informed it had a cost that is shown at the frontdesk. At the check out he insisted and we replied again that it was not included. He threatened us to write a...

Hotel left a positive impression on me, although it is just 2**. Good location, clean, helpful staff. Single rooms are really small, but a good place to accommodate on short stays in Bilbao. Breakfast is not worth 5 Eur. Do not take it!!

Booked this property because price seemed reasonably cheap and had to make the booking on the same day while rushing from Barcelona. Arrived around 11pm, once entered through the door was welcomed by the smell of bleach. That did not seem promising. Reception clerk did not speak a word in English (3* "hotel"). Gave me a key and wifi code...

I had a single room and paid a price suitable to what I had. The staff were friendly, and although the decoration is a bit shabby it was clean. It is well positioned for exploring. I wouldn't pay more than I did, but I would stay again at that price

good location, the staff were friendly and showed us our maps and how to get to several places. The room was clean though did smell of smoke. you would have to be willing to walk to the centre as it is about 15 minute walk - this hotel was not expensive and was good value.

Thank you very much for valuing our Hotel. We are glad that you liked the location of it and the attention of our staff. Smoking is absolute prohibited throughout the hole hotel, but there are antisocial people that sometimes smoke in their rooms and when they leave remove the smell is complicated. Hope to see you soon again.
