Stayed here from Friday to Monday morning in late January 2017. Basic but comfortable rooms but double bed was available and rooms are big enough with a great bathroom with walk in shower and toiletries included. The thing that makes this hotel perfect is the knowledge and helpfulness if the staff in providing maps and advice about getting the best...

Area full of prostitutes, casinos, lap dance locals and striptease too. Dodgy and dark area. A very small room without a functional wifi. The view from the window was very awful. Far from the city center.

A very basic hotel but this is reflected in the price. Really helpful reception staff with lots of local knowledge. The decor is sort of industrial but the beds are comfy and clean. In walking distance of the old town, the river and the Guggenheim if you are fit. The hotel is on a steep hill which was a challenge...

I spent 2 nights here with two friends. The hotel is in a good location, close to the old town. Reception staff were super friendly and helpful. The hotel itself, is quite basic, but suitable for a short stay. It is better to approach it from San Anton Bridge side as the street which merges to Miribilla Street, from the...

Spent the last 4 nights here. The hotel isn't a luxury hotel; however it is comfortable and benefits from a great location - within 5 minutes of the old town and with some interesting bars close by on the north of the river. Service was very friendly and it benefits from a 24 hour reception, which was great as we...

Not fancy or luxury, but this is reflected in price. Reception staff friendly and room acceptable. Industrial corridors slightly odd, but they grew on me. Location amazing. Bar scene more fun on this side of the river, lots of independent beers and great atmosphere. Just 5 minutes stroll across to old town on other side of river. Perfect for a...

The location is good, close to old town. The check-in and check-out are easy. The rooms are very small. The bathroom is disgusting. Mold in the shower, toilet running water , tiles come off the wall.... And, it is too expensive for what they offer. Would not go back again.

Great place to stay a short period of time. Rooms are small, but adequate. Parking is close and convenient. The hallways are lighted in a unique manner; however, I think it adds to the charm of the place and Bilbao.

Check in was simple the receptionist spoken good English, The room although clean appeared dated and rather tired, air-conditioning adequate, public spaces rather odd upper floor levels the walls are painted black with concrete floors and low level coloured lighting very weird, The best thing about the hotel was the secure parking just across the road, its a little dusty...

Very difficult to park around. But very convenience for the price. The area is in the limit of new neighborhood of Bilbao and very close to the Ría. Also close to not the best night ambience of Bilbao. I will recomend it for the price. Hotel is clean and relativelly close to railway station, about 10 minutes walking
