The views are fantastic, the hotel is ok, clean and comfortable although a little elderly. The staff were very helpful, BUT a ladies handbag was stolen from the dining room, the drinks were very expensive, and the food was AWFUL. Cold cooked food at breakfast time, and our last meal of a 3 night stay was one of the worse...

This is an overpriced hotel, waiting to rip you off every time you need anything. It has an amazing view from the room but other than that let your wallet be ready for heavy exercise. Starting by the location, this place is only worth if you have a car (even then, parking in san sebastian is quite expensive). Other than...

The views are wonderful and the staff make the hotel a wonderful experience. We enjoyed the food in the restaurant. The rooms are dated, overall the hotel needs a revamp. We requested non smoking and after discussion with staff we ended up moving twice to get the accomodation we booked online. Unless you have your own car you need to...

First, let me say that the views from here are amazing. Definitely worth taking the funicular up from town or driving up, have a drink either inside or outside if the weather cooperates. However, staying here is another matter. I was with a group. Everyone else was given rooms that looked out on the ocean. Mine looked out over the...

We stayed here for one night in August, 2 adults and 2 children. The view is breathtaking and the family room is spacious and modern. The hotel itself is a bit of a eyesore from the outside but the indoors make the most of the outstanding location. Excellent breakfast as well with lots of local produce.

Of all the Mercure hotels we stayed at this summer, this one really topped it off. A little old, but very nice, although it is a little pricey for the type of hotel. Very helpful and accommodating staff, good breakfast buffet, efficient service. The room was surprisingly spacious. The view from the balcony was breath taking. I definitely recommend you...

A very bad. The service at this hotel is totally unsuitable for the establishment level. Terrible. The front desk people are rude, have not solved any of the problems that occurred. Parking is a separate chapter, because we had to leave the car far away and uphill. There are no valets nor anyone help with the luggage. Finally a misunderstanding...

Stayed here for two nights. Very comfortable and views of coast best in San Sebastian. Food ok for this standard of hotel. However disappointing that charged for internet etc. At the cost you are paying should this not be included ? Most popular route into town is via Funicular but make sure back before 10pm as it closes then
